Worst service ever. It’s taking them more than four months to fix minor problems on my bike. They told me on several different occasions the bike will be done this week. It’s been 16 weeks and still nothing.

Love their collection of reasonable affordable and great looking new and used bikes. In fact, I liked it so much, that I bought my bike there. Their service is even better as I wouldn't go anywhere else for my needs.

The service manager Ralph is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting the best customer service. Very negative experience. They were very judgmental and dismissive. I’ve walked in with a credit score of 700 and the north side of $20,000 in verifiable funds. Walked out empty handed. Same day I went to Eastcost Cycle Center (Yes, they’re still in business) in Bensalem and brought home an R1. Never going back to this business for anything. As a black man it feels like stepping back in time.

I've been dealing this these guys for almost 7 years. Took my PA bike classes here, bought my first bike here, get all my service done here, and about to buy my second bike. I've tried other shops from time to time for but I've always came back to Cycle Center. Parts, Service & Sales have always done their best to make things right and do well by me. Things aren't free but i appreciate when they are able to give me a deal.
