Philadelphia Dentist - Advanced Family Smiles

I was so scarred from my previous dentist I put off ever going back. I finally had no choice but to go get a root canal, and after researching, I finally found a dentist that seemed great! So I went to advanced Family Smiles! It was the best decision of my life. I had an emergency root canal and filling and I was so relaxed and came out with a smile. Literally! When I came in for my consultation, I was crying because of how scared I was, but after talking with the doc and Nicole, I felt confident. I can honestly say I was scared for no reason. I was so relaxed and didn't feel a thing. THANK YOU for your amazing work.

Update: Today I had a routine cleaning and came out feeling fresh and informed. The hygienist Brielle was so sweet and gentle she made me so comfortable! I recommend everyone I know to this dental office.

The most professional friendly staff. The make you very comfortable while doing the procedure. They call and check on you the following day. They even have a tV in the ceiling you can watch while the dentist works on your mouth. I have found my new dentist since I’m new to the area.

Dr. Calzada and all of the staff at Advanced Family Smiles are simply amazing! Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable as well as provide a calming dental experience which really makes all the difference for those of us who dread the dentist. The moment you are in Dr. Calzada's chair, you know you are in good hands. Even during the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to make sure every room in the office is clean and sanitized. So grateful to have found AFS!

I had a problem over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. The dentist had me come right in and was able to quickly fix my problem. I have been a patient at this practice for quite a few years and I highly recommend!

Like most people today I neglect myself because I’m so busy with life so I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years so I wa super nervous when I finally decided to come but Erin and the Rest of the staff made it such a pleasant experience I highly recommend everyone to come here for dental needs

Dr Jay Patel and his staff are excellent. Provided me with a thorough exam and cleaning. Office is extremely clean and they have all up to date equipment. Highly recommend if you are in need of a dentist in the NE Philly area.
