Philadelphia Dentist - Advanced Family Smiles

As soon as i walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and seen promptly. I was in a lot of pain, the doctor and staff was very compassionate and resolve my problem. They made it very comfortable for me, and handle me with gentle care. I would definitely recommend this dentist. The best in the city!

Erin was an absolute delight. She was interesting to talk to and made me feel so at ease. Doctor Jay was also so helpful and ensured I was given multiple options when dealing with my teeth. I feel comfortable here despite the poking and drilling, which is only mandatory. I’m never bored, especially after relaxing and watching the TV that’s mounted on the wall.

People who work here are very pleasant and move quickly. They are always willing to help with your concerns.

I have never been comfortable with dentist until I had a freak accident and busted my front tooth. I came in on new years day and absolutely loved the Care they provided. Everyone is go caring and kind.
Dr. Stephen Kim has did all my work since and I have absolutely no complaints and my husband fears dentist and now has started with Advanced Family Smiles as well. Great group of folks.

The staff members I met were very helpful. They went out of their way to help me relax. The receptionist seemed happy to help me with the forms, and the office manager was helpful with questions. The dental assistant, Erin, was great! She helped me relax and didn't rush at all. She talked with me about alternative procedures and questions. Dr Patel was friendly, which I admire. He was patient and interested.
