I love planet fitness. It's my 2nd home. The staff is great.the people are friendly. The workout equipment is awesome and well taken care of.

LOVE IT! Is the BEST planet fitness I been to. Best showers, nice lighted mirrors, very clean, love the machines. Some I have never seen at other planet fitness. I'm so happy is my home gym. Keep it up guys.

Nice and clean. But the one we go to in FL has more enclosed rooms with the equipment I like to use. This one does have the tanning beds and the massage.

Really nice and clean facility, big parking lot in front of the building, a lot of equipment for working out, plenty of space in locker rooms, big showers.

My bad review pertains to the handling of my request to cancel my membership. I was given instructions to mail in a certified letters with the request, which I did. Today, I received a PDF form confirming the cancellation, however, the field where it says reason was my issue. An employee Michael took the liberty of filling in his own reason and entered Coronavirus. I fail to understand why would that be written on my file and when I spoke to the supervisor Johnny, he stated there is nothing that can be done now because the form is already completed. Dear Planet Fitness, train your you staff with a little logic or common sense that no one would appreciate anyone taking the liberty to list "coronavirus" on their file. Then the manager (Johnny) seemed as he was bothered that I was bothered by the matter and sarcastically asked "what would you like from to do"? If you just told me there is nothing you can do then why ask (with an attitude I must add)

THEY PAY $9.50 an Hour! THAT’S AWFUL!

Otherwise, CLEAN! The folks at PF take COVID extremely seriously. The tanning beds and massage chairs are well maintained. The machines and equipment are spaced and social distancing with a mask at all times is expected.

The staff is very cool! The price is unbeatable. I work out in Vans and I have yet to have anyone stare at me, so there’s literally no judgment:)

The staff is awesome. Machines always clean. Def not worried about no Corona virus in this place.

This is my home gym. The place is kept clean constantly. The bathrooms are immaculate. Cleaner and paper towels always readily available to work down the equipment after use. Plenty of tanning beds available, never have to wait and they are good quality machines that seem to be maintained pretty well. Massage chairs are also always available. Can't forget the staff. Excellent customer service. Always greeted with a good morning and a have a nice day on the way out.

I love this place. There is so much equipment. It keeps you motivated to come back. Staff is friendly, locker room is clean.

Great gym for the price. As others have said it gets very busy during peak hours. Staff is great. It's clean and well kept.

For a beginners gym, this is a great place that has other people who are learning to workout. For anyone who is trying to save money, this place does the trick. However, if you are looking for a gym who has a lot of experienced people, you will not find this here.

Absolutely horrible! Signed up to go with my sister who is thirteen. Went in once was great. Went a second time and they wouldn’t let me in. Mind you when I signed up not ONE person said anything about not being able to bring her. Mind you I am 29 years old! Horrible customer service they could have cared less. No reason I should not have been able to bring her with me. Needless to say I cancelled my account. I’m sure we can find a MUCH better gym.

Front desk girls are rude and raciest.
They will give you a hard time if your #HISPANIC!
but If your white this is your GYM! (bring multiple guess no question ask) Staff is HORRIBLE!
Only white people allow! And Yes Management are same so dint loose your time!

Came in to gym. Mass line to scan in while front desk employee is leaning on the counter. Now you stand in line for tanning.employee said it’s a new thing that he likes because he doesn’t have to be bothered by so many people at a time. Uummm excuse me sir, I’m sorry you have to do your job but last time I check we pay for gym memberships and your paid to do your job! How rude!

Owner's hardheaded old school rules and regulations, registration process and tight gym makes it less attractive.registration is what rejected me from coming back, it's 2018 - catch up.

Better than other allentown PF. Clean, large, but hot &stuffy. No ceiling fans or air flow. You can literally smell everyone in there.

Not a bad gym for the price you pay. It gets a bit crowded during peak hours, but there is always enough cardio equipment available. The restrooms do tend to retain smells, seems like a ventilation issue. This planet fitness lacks the larger real estate and high ceilings that many other plant fitnesses have, as well as separate area for stretching/abs etc. There are no ceiling fans, just vents (some of which are covered by televisions), so it can get pretty hot on certain cardio equipment. Overall a good gym if you can get in off peak hours, worth the price of the membership.

Got told I couldn't lift a barbell while standing at the bench it came from because the weight had to stay with the machine. I asked for the policy because my home Planet Fitness doesn't have that policy and got told to just go to my gym then. Great pollicy since I travel for work and that is the only reason I have a membership. Soon to be rectified.

Love the tanning beds but some of the high pressure beds haven’t been fixed in a couple months now

I like plannet fitness but you guys need to expand this gym or move to the vacant Kmart and make a super gum or something, it gets too crowded here, I mean it gets to the point that you can't even get a good workout in this place.there should be a limit to how many people can be here at once. This is crazy
Buy the empty Kmart and make a super huge ass gym so we can work out in peace and enjoy coming here
