Staffing is meh.seems to have gotten better from past experiences, but overall ok place. Broken equipment isn't usually fixed for a few days. Good for a quick workout

Very affordable but almost always crowded. Not the easiest to use all equipment or machines I always want to.

Horrible staff! Choose a different location to open your membership with! They do not take responsibility for any mess they create. I cancelled my membership in a timely manner and I was charged over $80 this month. I've been in contact with the regional director for over a week attempting to get my money back. I had to cancel my credit card and checking account and freeze any transactions they might charge me for in the future. All because the Allentown (West) staff didn't do their job correctly. Waste of my time and money.

This facility is always very clean and their new management, Will and Tom, have been nothing but pleasant, along with the rest of the staff. I enjoy going here and I would suggest more people sign up here.

Nice gym, but be wary of contract details. I was in the area over Christmas vacation and asked for a day pass. They said the cheapest way for me to get a couple workouts in would be to sign up for the black card. They failed to inform me that the ONLY two ways to cancel are in person at the gym or via certified letter mailed to the gym. Had I known that I would have just cancelled after my last workout. When I complained that no one informed me of that they gave me the 'ol "it's in the contract you signed" spiel, which is BS in my opinion as I told them I was going to cancel since I don't live there and have no PF where I live.

Nice gym, but customer service could have been better. No exception was made so I had to spend a few bucks to send a certified letter-a joke this day & age.

This gym is quite a bit smaller than the one on Hamilton. It can get a little over crowded in the free weight areas and with the stationary bikes. The ellipticals and treadmills are pretty open. The locker room was decently clean and didn't smell too bad. Would be a lot nicer if they supplied towels for the showers. Very inconvenient to have to carry around a wet towel after the gym.

The gym has something for everyone, and you can't beat the price. Only negative is a busy parking lot during peak hours

I went to this gym almost every day for over 3 months (usually 5am). The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is in great shape, the entire place is clean, and the members are friendly and respectful. Also this PF has barbell benches so it's possible to do standard bench press and deadlifts. I recently moved and I'm going to miss going there!

Really small gym that gets packed fast. The Hanover PF is much better than this one for sure. The bathroom could use a really good cleaning because something in there just stinks. Not enough machines or space for everyone. You end up having to wait most of the time so you won't be able to get a fast workout if you are in a rush.

Okay for a quick work out. Planet fitness dumbbells only go up to 75lbs which is okay unless you are attempting to lift heavy. No deadlifting. Which is a core workout for most.
Pros are it is cheap. Lots of cardio equipment
Cons. Packed. Limited workout. The people that go to planet fitness and just sit or play around since it is cheap.

Been going there for a long time. Love the amount of equipment and little wait time for anything to use

Pretty good at this price
Provides massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning, and wrinkle removing machine usage.
For black card members so what do u need more else in this much price.
Rather than LA fitness even doesn't have wifi so else machines and is so far to talk.
