New machines, upscaled cleanliness and social distancing awareness are visible as soon as you walk in. Using their app gives you a membership feel and great information. Bring your own lock because you'll want to have extra drinks and a healthy snack so you can stay here awhile. Huge TVs for your cardio pleasure along with different exercise sections make each visit enjoyable. Time does fly and it's easy to lose track of it here. It's smart to utilize the staff if you have questions because they're always helpful and willing to go the extra mile

Pretty accommodating. Nothing that you wouldn’t expect from other PF establishments. I really appreciate the cleanliness during Covid and the mandatory masks. I even see employees making rounds to clean equipment as well.

Was charged in March for membership right before they shut down for Covid. Went in July and was advised to freeze account by the manager. I was told I would get notified when they would start charging me again. They did not and I was charged again today. I went to cancel my membership today and was told I was not getting a refund for March or July even though they closed 2 days after they charged my for Covid. Was told my March payment went to July even though I froze my account in July. She should have told me that in July. The manager was very rude and could care less what I had to say. Asked me who I spoke to in July when I froze my account like I would remember. Come to find out it was her based on the email they sent me which I'm sure she could see. Why ask me who I spoke with when you knew it was you? She was rolling her eyes at me as I was telling her my issue. I'm guessing they are dealing with the repercussions of the lies they told and are having to answer to them now. It's only $20 but a very underhanded thing to do. I asked to speak with the owner or someone higher and was told that it was a corporately owned company and there is no else to speak to. I called customer and the message at their customer service number states the vast majority of their locations are independently owned and operated. The reply to this email from a year ago is from the owner but I guess he or she is too busy to speak with an upset customer. In all likelihood she lied to me again. Keep the $20, based on the amount of members in this location they need it more than I do.

Has the most up-to-date equipment of any Planet Fitness gym in the area. Machines are smaller and more modern. Open areas are unfortunately small and few. There is less of the black card equipment (e.g. Only one hydromassage lounge, one tanning bed, etc.). The staff is attentive to mask-wearing.

Love the staff here. Don't like wearing a mask but don't like the idea of dying from covid either

Waaaayyyy too overcrowded and too many females doing inappropriate workouts in barely any clothing

This location is huge. It has a black card spa room. The locker rooms are plenty big with several showers. Very clean. Staff was super friendly.

They've renovated an old gym, and I can tell you it's worth training here! Friendly staff, good location, clean gym.

I've been a Planet Fatness member for over a year. It's a pretty solid gym with no judgement from anyone.

Returned recently after a lengthy Hiatus. My second home. Always well maintained, employees are very helpful and friendly and it's always a comfortable atmosphere. Great to be back!

Normally I love coming to planet fitness at 5 am. Usually I'll go tanning after my workout. This new over night worker is never at the desk. She isn't there when I click in or when I leave. Its extremely inconvenient. I've never had this issue with the staff in the last 2 or 3 years I've been coming to this location.

Great place to workout. Lots of cardio. Massage chairs and hydro massage are a nice feature if your a black card member. Staff is great. Always helpful and friendly. Paul H.is always helpful and great guy.

Bad stuff they not have respect for the members. I called them couple times to ask a question and they keep disconnect the call every time I call!

For new members there is tax they charge for when you first sin up something I did not know and i'm sure a lot do not know into they get told

Always a great place. Though the greenridge Street location has crappy showers, takes a while to get hot water out of them

Good basic place to work out late at night if you're looking for a quiet and not crowded environment. Staff is usually very friendly. They don't have much weight lifting machines, you'll have to look at other gyms for that. But for the everyday person just looking to stay fit, it gets the job done.

Bad help but Great equipment. New. Big lockers. Great tvs. No remote in massage chair room. The place is filthy everytime I go. The help literally wander off. You will see 3 attendents with backs to you on their phones while the toilets are filthy. I've caught the help hiding in the massage chair room on a chair watching sports. Pathetic

Morning staff is A+ They always welcome you and wish you a great day. The gym is pretty clean and has a great variety of equipment.

Planet Fitness goes into your account even when you tell them not to and leave your account in negative balance I don't want appreciate them

You have to be on your mind to pay 29.99 and 15 and in June you would have to pay for a annual fee on top of that. I should get it when it was 5 $ four a set up fee new member should not have to pay four the annual fee at least four the first year good suggestion:)
