Bro this place is always just the worst. I feel bad for these workers, seems like they're never fully staffed and always out of stuff

Expect rude staff and messed up orders all the time.

How does a Chicken place constantly run out of chicken? Additionally, the staff are ridiculously rude. I can understand why because they are often understaffed as well and can't even open the dinning area.

Always had a good experience here. Food is good. Could be faster in the drive thru but what can you do.

Chicken sandwich was good, not remarkable, but good. I was not aware of the hype when I got it. My wife and daughter got other meals, they weren't impressed. The rice was dry, and not very good. Wish they had fries. It is fast food after all. Hard to eat mashed potatoes in Pittsburgh traffic.

Usually i have a good experience there. But yesterday around 6 i wanted to try that new chicken sandwich. Line was 5 deep which i expected. Waites for a true 10 mins. Line never moved. Seemed like staff was goofing around and no supervision. I watched a customer receive money at thy he counter and then throw a whole bag of food away. Lady next to me complained the whole time. Then she said did u see that. He walked around us and she asked him why. He said it was all undercooked and his wife was microwaving it. I walked out. I dont usually leave these but i was pretty upset. I worked retail management for 28 years. If people are working im good but when there moving slow and foofing off and not supervised im gone. Maybe should take lessons from chick filet. In an out in 5 mins with a 20 person line.

I am only giving this one star because I have to. The worst experience of my life. First of all they did not have chicken sandwiches, how can you be out of chicken sandwiches. Second of all my chicken tenders were not cooked in the middle, There was a random man emptying the garbage for the employees who was being paid cash by the manager. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting.

Got in line for the drive through at 12: 07pm and got my food at 12: 40, which is crazy. The Lady at the register was very nice though. Food was average, the bun to chicken sandwich was soggy.

Pulled in at about 9: 15. Lobby closed. Go to drive thru.radio silence. Pull around to the window.ignored again. Snuck in the side door people where leaving from and the cashier had no idea that no one was helping drive-up. She hollars into the back " You gotta line". He hollars back, " I don't have any sides". I said.so, should we just leave? She said, yes, you should just go. The line was backed up as many cars as possible. Where do they find these people?

My son loves their chicken. Nice deal.

Terrible! First time giving it a try. Guess what? ! No chicken strips, no chicken sandwiches, no corn on the cob, no shrimp. At lunch time no less. My mom was able to get a 3 piece meal. The rather rude person taking drive thru orders told her pick 2 sides then only allowed 1. Every time I asked if tried to order, she was irritated. Never go back.

Regular fried chicken was dried out probably because it was not selling fast enough. The feud with Chic Fil-A had everyone trying their chicken sandwich instead. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building and I got inside just in time before that line was about 20 long. The soda machine was out of everything but ice and water. Had to settle for ice tea or pay extra for their special? Lemonade. The new sandwich LOOKED good and large. Will have to try it next time. They were too short staffed for unexpected crowd and ran out of the sandwich. OWNER, more staff, chicken sandwiches, and more frequent soda machine refills needed pronto to benefit from the feud hope! Avoid lunchtime.

Everytime I stop at this location the are always out of chicken tenders and other chicken establishment is filthy and very unclean very poorly ran

Every time we come here we have no problems. This last visit they had no coleslaw and the tenders were tiny and mostly breading

Food always tastes fresh and the staff are always very polite and friendly. Great place to stop for a quick meal, beats any other fast food in the area.

Service was good but they didn't have shrimp and was told they have not been getting orders shipped

Order a large red beans and rice. There was on bean sauce/gravy, not 1 bean and only about 1/8 of the cup had the sauce the rest was half cook rice.

Chicken wasn't ready, but the staff was so nice and apologized. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal.the manager was really nice.there was one employee I was watching who when asked by a customer how his day was he said he was tired and looked the part. I know he is young.but you represent the business.get it together.fake it to make it.even if you are tired, just say your fine and ask how they are. When you are with your friends then turn it off and be yourself.

I had a higher rating on here, but had to lower it. The chicken I got from there today wasn't cooked properly. It's done enough to be safe, but not done enough. From the outside, it looks fine. This usually means they're cooking it too hot. Gets it done on the outside, but doesn't give it enough time to cook all the way through. The owner needs to stop in for a surprise visit with a thermometer in hand.

Chicken was cold and the temperature in the restaurant was freezing. Uncomfortable. I know it’s warm outside but that was ridiculous. Won’t be back.

Service is always fantastic. Food was outrageously good. My wife and I love coming here. The food is always good. The food could always be served better with a positive attitude other than a mediocre one.

"Popeyes chicken is the shiznit! " Always enjoy those Cajun flavors in my mouth. Can be mild or spicy chicken.
