Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, North Versailles PA

Good food for as chain. Someday they will figure out how to efficiently process your order. I started visiting popeyes 30+ years as go and they still haven't figured this part out. A little pricey, but if you compare them to the main menu items at Wendy's or other such chain franchises, then the price isn't so high.

Amazing place, a lot of people go to the drive thru but customer service is fast but i reccomend you go there! Its the popeyes you know and love but better!

I drove very far to the North Versailles location to see that they were closed at 10: 30 pm when they are not supposed to be closed until 11pm. Very inconvenient! Waste of time and gas.

Love Popeyes spicy chicken and fries. Very friendly employees, too. Happy to find this one. Wish there was one in Greensburg

We used to visit this restaurant at least once a week for their specials. The past few times we've went the service hasn't been great, we've had items missing. Staff weren't that friendly.

The pieces of chicken are so small it makes you think they were raised in a Nazi concentration camp.broken bones, it is sad because the recipe is tasty.
Buying by the pound and selling by the piece ensures maximum profit, unfortunately the geniuses forget about how important repeat customers are. Ill fry my own chicken thank you very much.

This Popeyes is always on point, and the location is convenient, and there is a drive thru too!

The food was ok but I ordered a fish sandwich and received a shrimp sandwich, so customer service could've been a little better, otherwise not bad.

Most garbage Popeyes ever; Dirty Staff Members; Visible Trash near Food. Please do not eat here. You'll get sick.

The chicken strips had NO flavor and the diet soda was empty in the machine. Won't go there again.

We've never had a bad experience at this location. Most of the time there isn't a wait and the food is still fresh and tasty. All the staff has been friendly as well.

Depends on who's working majority of all fast food are recooking food and serving it dry inside over crunchy n hard. Or workers who don't all want to work together n prepare food "sorry we are out of".

Did a catering order and the manager yelled at me for being 15 minutes early to pick it up. She was super condescending. I'll never eat from here again.

Order was absolutely horrible! Food was cold & dry. Service was none to seriously bad. Asked about getting a refund and was completely ignored. Will never eat here again.

The rude lady took my order and I sat in line about 10 to 15 minutes. I didn't mind waiting but when I got to the window she tells me that they were out of the chicken that I asked for. I was upset because I had my order taken and waited only to get nothing. Was late for work and drive a hours just to get to Popeyes so yes I was upset.
