Premier Urgent Care, Oaks PA

Best place to go in an emergency. Love the staff and doctor who treated me was awesome. Made me feel understood and comfortable.

Overall, my experience was good. Upon entry the waiting room was clean and little to no patient wait. The receptionist staff wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. Nonetheless, the nurse on staff and the PA were very personable, kind and knowledgeable; they made up for the unwelcoming front desk. I was in and out of the office and felt comfortable with my diagnosis and treatment plan.

I think tower health stinks.nothing but information gathering.they will treat some symptoms but not the cause.dont go to einstein either,
they want stick you with needles.

My husband and I are big fans of TowerHealth! The doctors, nurses and other staff are always ready to take care of their patients. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and very accomodating. They will do their best to make your visit a very positive one and help with any medical problem you might have. They are super friendly! Always a great experience!:)

They took care of me very quickly and thoroughly when I had a cycling accident and sprained my hand. Great care from the nurses and x-ray tech.

Wouldn’t accept digital insurance care. When I asked if I could send it via email they said they don’t give that out. So I gave up.

It was a great experience! Our little girl had a bad fall in the basement and need it stitches: (the doctor, nurse, and receptionist were extremely nice! The wait was a little long but we were very happy with the care and attention they gave to our little one. They did so well that our daughter was asking for more stitches (because it didn’t hurt her she said) if you’re in a hurry, this might not be the place for you.

I probably should have gone straight to the ER. I cut my finger on a saw and it was deep enough to need stitches. Went to Urgent care because it was close by. Got in fairly fast and the nurse cleaned up the wound just fine. The physicians assistant (no Dr was in the building) was politely unhelpful and they did not even re-bandage the wound, but sent me straight to the ER. So I basically wasted an hour

I went to Tower Health Urgent Care in Oaks, Pa for a skin infection over the Weekend and I received excellent care. The staff is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They took their time to tell me all about my medical issue and provided me with patient instructions that were easy to follow. The office is very clean and the service was top notched! I'd go back for sure if I ever get sick again over the weekend or evening hours!

Cut my leg open on a Friday evening and were very good about getting me in and fixing me up. Everyone was nice. The reason I am only giving 1 stars is because I was charged again for when I had my stitches removed. I have been calling them often to get it refunded for the last 6 months and still have not received it. If I ever get it I’ll revise my review but I have given up at this point.

We have visited Premier Urgent Care several times and always had an excellent visit. We have never had a long wait and felt that the medical professionals take time to understand what is going on, which we did not always felt happened at our previous doctor's office.

Have had to go here twice, and each time service was great, fast, and very caring.
If I had gone to the hospital I would have had to wait very long before being seen. Thanks Oaks Premire Urgent Care again for a service well done.
