My daughter saw Dr. Peter Baddick, D. O.
He was compassionate and provided excellent care to her. Frankly, there are not enough stars!

My experience was good. They took me back to the room quickly. The nurse asked me questions and I told her that I think I have shingles. She said the doctor will be in. It was a long time before the doctor came. Her assistant came for examin me. Then the doctor came dhe was nice and saw my shingles told me that's what they are. I had questions and she answered them. Called the pharmacy to fill my prescription. Then I left. As I said they were nice.

Quick, professional, and flexible. Helped me find the right medicine for me (I am 8 mo pregnant and can't take many normal medications), even when it meant calling around to several different pharmacies to locate it. I appreciated them going out of their way to do that for me. Now if only my co-pay wasn't $100! But that's an insurance problem, not theirs.

Was shocked to see how much the staff did for me.
It was like going to a hospital without the huge expense. Finding a vien for blood isn’t always the easiest thing to do but the nurse did it with humor.

Expert, caring & skilled staff at this location. Quickly treated my injury to get me on my road to recovery. Feeling better already after only 24 hours after treatment. Highly recommend!

Good, fast service. Little hard to find. Nice people. Good care. Long hours. Open until 9pm on sat — that’s how I ended up there. Recommend.

Had a great experience! Walked in 10 minutes before they closed, they took care of me and wasn’t rushed. Super knowledgeable PA and staff!

Everyone at Premier Urgent Care from the front desk, nurse, and nurse practitioner were extremely helpful, nice, and professional.
I had a small cut that possibly needed stitches.
I was able to get care and did not have to wait very long. They took the time to do it right and I was happy with the level of care. I would definitely go back but hopefully I won’t need to.

I had a great expierence here. They saw me right away. Everyone was so very nice. I did not feel rushed. I would recommend to anyone. They talked to me like they cared.

I was really sick when I walked in. The ENTIRE staff was outstanding. The Doctor top notch and very thorough. The staff was extremely competent. Everything was explained to me in detail. I received excellent care. Great resource for the community.

I was recommended by a co-worker to go to this urgent care. My first time ever receiving services from an urgent care and it was a great experience. The staff were really friendly and the service was extremely fast. I was out the door in less than a hour!

It was first thing in the morning when they opened and I was basically waiting at the door which I know can be annoying but the staff was excellent and very caring and understanding and very quick to have me fill out the forms and got me back for my exam quickly. It was appreciated when I was in a significant amount of pain and really wanted to get some relief and a diagnosis. Great experience, highly recommended!

Clean, quick, with efficient and helpful staff. They even called me the next day to see if I was feeling better. I would definitely go here again.

Short wait time. Clean waiting and exam room. Intelligent and courteous staff. Thorough exam and treatment from a doctor who was very nice and seemed to care. Can’t ask for much more than that. 5 stars.

I’m am so grateful for the care that my 87 year old mother and I received at Premier Urgent Care recently. The team of admin personnel, nurses and doctors were phenomenal.very patient, very thorough, very kind, and very knowledgeable, were able to determine that both of us were suffering with bronchitis. The meds they prescribed have started us on the road to recovery. They even called a day later to check to see how we were feeling. Kudos to the excellent team there!

The people at Premiere are kind and caring. I was in distress and they were sensitive to that. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

My son had a blister on his finger in the morning and when I picked him up from daycare in the afternoon, it had grown, turned red, and he had a red streak to his wrist; it was clearly infected. When we got there, we spent 10 minutes filling out paperwork and then were seen immediately. The nurse asked all the basic questions and the the doctor came in a few minutes later. She asked some more questions, then took a sample for the lab, drained, sterilized, and bandaged, and provided a prescription for antibiotics. She was great with my son, and he never cried, maybe she has a great career ahead in pediatric medicine. We were in and out in one hour. Definitely a positive experience.

The one negative is that the receipt for the copay doesn't contain enough information to file an FSA claim, so I had to call in and request an invoice, but it hasn't arrived yet. In addition, I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance and there is some additional expense that I owe, which is fine, but I still have not received an invoice for that yet either.

15 minutes wait. 15 minutes treatment. Back home in under an hour. Same quality as doctors office without the hassle of trying to be fit in.

Waiting in between doctor and nurse took a bit of waiting time but it was clear they were trying. Good first experience. Will go back.
