I worked with Jackie in the leasing office when finding my apartment. She was SO helpful and got all of my questions answered super quickly. She was able to send me videos of some available options before we toured to make sure we would be looking at the ones that would be the best fit for me.

I had the Pleasure of working with Caroline Baptist's during my search for an apartment. Caroline's customer service was absolutely wonderful, she listened, she gave great feed back and suggestions, she was honest and patient. Caroline took her time to assist me, and went out of her way to help me as best she could over the course of 3 days, she was on time, very professional and on point with the knowledge of the property. If you are looking to rent at the beautiful Presidential City, call Caroline for your tour, she will not disappoint.

Just had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the “General Manager” Tom. Tom was going around checking parking permits touching residents vehicles and playing with there windshield wipers in the snow and told my fiancé he was going to have her car towed because the permit was not visible. This car had a visible permit that just could not be seen due to the inclement weather.
— However Evette just followed up and was the complete opposite of what we previously experienced. She was pleasant, professional, and courteous.

The maintenance team here is very prompt with resident needs, and very accommodating to your schedule. For example, I submitted a request and had my issue addressed within the hour.

I decided not to renew my contract for next year. You can hear all the noises above you and next to you. You can hear people’s footsteps, chatting, and even peeing sounds. Doesnt matter what time it is, I constantly hear footsteps. The property management should solve these issues right away.

Property is stunning. Felt welcomed and the leasing move in process was very easy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place this side of the city.

Literally feel ripped off by them.asking money for EVERYTHING.could never speak with leasing office within 5min on call. Having trouble moving out.

The place is overcrowded and awful. They sell you on the pool but its 15$ a guest everytime. Parking nickel and dimes you. Elevators are entirely too small for move. Do yourself a favor and look for apartments in manayunk and live your life.

Been here for almost 5 months and no complaints. Everything is amazing! Management has been wonderful. I look to renew when my lease is up.

I absolutely love living here! Beautiful apartment, pool area, nice gym and management is very nice. Great stores and food places nearby.

Living at Presidential City has been the best move of my life! If you have a dog, you need to rent here! A lot of places have restrictions about certain dogs but not here. I will definitely be renewing my lease here.

The pool is my favorite, it's like an oasis in my back yard! Also, management really stepped up their game. The whole scene is way more chill now

Management office unprofessional looks like a strip club and always on the phone my girlfriend lives here i visit with her, items where stolen from her house and they care less

Presidential city is such a beautiful property. The amenities are amazing.with all the training classes they offer I canceled my gym membership! Such a great place to live.

My husband and I have moved to Presidential City In the beginning of April 2018. We absolutely love this apartment! Great location and so many things to do! Most important thing for me is I no longer have a storage problem! So much closet and storage space! Apartments are very comfortable and set up nicely, everything that anyone needs is right here at this property! I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Thank you Presidential City!

Awesome apartment! Amazing pool and fitness center! Management is impeccable and their customer service goes a long way. I can absolutely say that if you have the chance to rent an apartment at Presidential City it is worth it! I’ll be staying here for a while:)

This is a great place to live. I've been looking for a dog friendly place for quite sometime and this complex was more than welcoming for pets. Its also got great amenities. I highly recommend this place

I am a previous tenant of Presidential City and miss it sooooo much! I just moved into a house, but it isn't like Presidential City. I miss the easy access to everything - the 24-hour salt water pools, daily fitness classes and restaurants right on site and Target right next door was soooo easy for a busy person like me. I want to come back to visit and say hello to the friendly leasing and property management staff that was super helpful during my stay. Thanks Presidential City!

This place is awesome! Beautiful modern apartments, accessible & convenient gym and a beautiful outdoor pool.

My friends apartment was entered without ANY advanced notice and your shady maintenance man scared her to death. She was home, but in the bathroom when they did the "2 knock and immediately open the door" routine. This tenant has serious anxiety disorder and this is NOT how you should enter her apartment. She still doesn't know WHY maintenance was in her space. She didn't have any maintenance request pending.shady. She was quite upset and they immediately left.
