Presidential City, Philadelphia PA

This is the nicest place I have lived since I moved to Philadelphia. The pool and gym areas are amazing. My favorite part is how dog friendly it is! There is a fenced dog park where my dog can run around without me having to worry about him running away.

The Presidential City employees / management enter rented apartments with no legit reason and without proper notice or the resident’s consent. This is not only an invasion of privacy but also illegal trespassing

Do not rent here. It’s ridiculous, the Assistant Property Manager is the worst, he is lying to everyone and try to get money from residents. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Theres bedbugs, roaches, people peeing& throwing up in the elevator. When living there someone broke down my door looking for a drugdealer one floor up. And I also got burglarized my the maintenance staff. Awful, awful awful. DO NOT LIVE THERE.

Came for a friends cookout. The outdoor grills and pools were great, super clean, and big. Like twenty dogs and ten patties cooking big. Speaking of dogs, they were all over the place. Great to see communities accepting man's best friend. My buddies apartment was also great, he had a great view and enough room for all of us to spread out. Overall I was pleased with the staff, I felt very classy being greeted by the front desk lady. Great experience!

Love it here so far! Vanessa Hicks made everything a breeze when I was moving up from DC. I still can't get over how affordable this place is. Awesome gym, pool, and apartment unit.

I am in love with Presidential City! It’s a great atmosphere with great people. The place is pet friendly and the apartments are modern and chic! You also have exclusive access to the Sora Pool club (itz legit like a resort at home). Great location with easy access to I76 and regional rail to get into the city! The management team and leasing agents are awesome:)

This Place is unreal. The Jefferson two bedroom is hands down the nicest apartment I’ve ever seen. I have two dogs and I’m pretty sure all three of us can fit in the tub at the same time. I may never leave.

Great place! Initially when I joined in November last year I had some issues with rats by those were taken cared of. I am happy with the apartment complex, amenities are well organized and has a decent BBQ spot. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting in the BBQ and table area as it becomes really dark at night.

WOW! Such a beautiful property. Great amenities and apartments. The pool and fitness center are A+! Convenient location to food and shopping too. I never want to leave!

U want every piece of your property stolen then you should move here. They have a gated garage but it works half the time and theives just casually drive in and steal things from your car, storage unit, bikes, rims off your vehicle. For the price you pay this place is an absolute joke and you'd be better off living in the ghetto for a 1/10th of the cost

Love the pool and grills outside. The workout room has so many options. Everyone is friendly. Most importantly, the management is nice and responds quickly. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Finding a place where I could have a dog and a beautiful apartment was a challenge. Presidential city is pet friendly and even has its own dog park. My favorite thing about this place is the pool. I have made a ton of friends simply being out at the pool. I highly recommend presidential city to anyone looking in the philly area.

We moved-in about a year ago and we never want to leave! Great pools and Gym! We actually don’t go on trips and vacations as much because the amenities are just like the resorts! I would highly recommend living here to anyone who wants the best apartment in Philly!
