Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar Penn Ave, Pittsburgh PA

Went to this location to have lunch with my family in celebration of my son's graduation. Upon arrival the man behind the bar told us to pick a seat and we informed him we would be sitting on the patio. This was at 2: 35 p.m. While sitting there we observed 2 other families go inside and the server take their order. I told my family we would wait a few more minutes before leaving. It reached 2: 58 and another family went inside and we left. I called as i was walking to the parking lot to let them know how rude and unprofessional it was of them to never even attempt to make it out to the patio and he said, he wasn't aware she hadn't waited on us. Which is unbelievable considering we were the only family on the patio and could clearly see him and her through the window. I informed him that he is located in an mixed area and to make a point to treat certain people differently is digusting. I will never recommend this location or any other location to my family or friends that visit. You lost a customer based on 2 of your employees ignorance. After reading other reviews of this particular location after writing my own, I wish I would have read them sooner. It seems there is an issue only with people of color. And I know they're all not making it up because I experienced it first hand. I wish you could write a review without giving any stars but you have to select at least one to continue.

It was so bad. I never been to a restaurant that served raw fried chicken. I will not give one star. Rating chart makes you pick a rating.
