Tonite was a serious letdown.we were there for almost 2 hrs, over an hour for our food to be delivered.our appetizer order got messed up & the pickles came just before our food was delivered.when we received our food EVERYTHING was room temperature including the child mac-n-cheese.some of the wings were still raw at the bone.the boneless wings, tater tots & burgers tasted good but the temp was wrong. *BUT* our waitress, Gabrielle, was awesome, she tried to move things along, kept us informed, but this was out of her control and ultimately, got our entire meal comped.people were lined up out the door yet there were a huge amount of empty tables.seriously short-staffed - we'll go back, just go a different nite

Had fun here one night while in the area watching a Thursday Night Football game. Great service from the bartenders.

Great restaurant. The food is a Pennsylvania staple and a must try for people visiting Pennsylvania and Residents. One of my personal favorites.

Great food! Split the "brother's burger" and a pastrami & cheese with my brother. The burger was excellent and the sandwich was also pretty good. Best hand-cut style fries I've had in a long time. I splurged for the extra meat option and although the sandwich was a towering 8" tall, the meat didn't appear to be "doubled" as the server explained. And if it was.then the regular size would be an embarrassing portion, imo. All in all a great place to eat but save your money and get the standard size sandwich.

This is a must stop restaurant if you like good food. Massive sandwiches that are filling and satisfyingly good. I ate there twice in the same day. Especially reccomend for those who like deli style sandwiches. I had the corned beef with everything on it (and I mean everything). Fries, house made coleslaw, etc. There are nightly drink specials and the prices are good for food and drink. It has a sports bar theme to it but also has a nice high table sitting area across from the bar with a raised fire pit in the center to keep it comfortable on those chilly days. Whenever I'm in York, PA area I will return.

I'll give it three stars bc my fiances sandwhich was good and the wings were good. None of the service staff had any personality and my sandwich the Pitts burger looks like the burger had sat out for a month.

One word for this establishment: Mediocre. The food here isn't that great. I have ordered the same thing I get everytime and it always comes out different then when I bought it the last time. Food options are limited and there aren't that many beverages options either. The ambiance also is okay, I find the ambiance of Buffalo Wild Wings to be much better. However, the service is commendable, you are constantly being attended to and it give you a special feeling. Overall, I think this restaurant can be much better, guess we will just have to wait and watch.

Their chairs are taped on the bottom due to them bending my little cousin feel off the chair because of it. The food was over cooked. And the lady took my food when I was not done eating and no one told her we were done.

My wife and I went here with a friend for Mother's Day. It was very nice that they gave free sandwiches to all the mothers. The sandwiches were excellent. Definitely will go back again

Liked the place and service, but most of the menu was more than I wanted to eat. They're lacking healthy food choices for light dinner.

Meh. When a NCAA elite eight game is playing, why would they be piping lousy music over the speakers? Though trying to be a Pittsburgh themed sports bar, they don't really get it at the York location.
Sandwiches are very good. Fries are overcooked.

I loved the atmosphere, the service and the food. Plus they had karaoke, with a bunch of talented singers.

Just like they serve them up in Pittsburgh. I lived there years ago. I would go to the strip district and get my pastrami and cheese. This Primanti Brothers is legit.

Server was amazing. She made sure we had everything we wanted on numerous occasions. The food is worth the drive. Steak and cheese awesome, big fish too, and it's huge. Be sure to get a shake.

I don't think Primanti Bros is a good as the hype but the food and prices are decent. Service is usually pretty good, although I have been there a couple times when it was rather slow. Friday or Saturday happy hour is pretty enjoyable though as they have some good deals.

For a chain restaurant, this place isn't horrible but it wasn't the best either. I had the PB Reuben. The sandwich itself was very tasty. Unfortunately, my fries were stone cold. This is a Huge turn off for me with any meal. Fries Matter! No matter what you order, if part or all of your meal is supposed to be fresh and hot then it Should be fresh and hot. I absolutely love fries so this was a bummer for me. The flavor combo of my Reuben was excellent. I truly enjoyed my sandwich. Our waitress was friendly and didn't hover. My grandmother ordered the personal pizza. In her words "it was edible but I wouldn't order it again". She was disappointed that most of the pizza was crust and where there should have been flavor, there wasn't. She dumped a ton of Parm and oregano on it just to have flavor. The crust wasn't crusty (I tasted it myself). It was doughy. Pizza crust should be just that, crusty with a little chew. Each slice had approximately 3 actual bites of non crust. So she basically paid to eat bread.
A SIDE NOTE FOR THE HANDICAPED: although the entrance is technically handicap accessible, it is not easy to navigate. There is one entrance that has a ramp. The doors are not automatic nor do they have a button to push to open or a call for assistance button. When you do finally get through one door, there is a second door and it's at an angle. Which makes things rather tricky and unpleasant for those in wheelchairs. This door also is not automatic nor does it have a push to open button.
My grandmother is in a wheelchair. Going out for a meal should not start off with such frustration. It really put a damper on our time togt. It also says a lot about how much the restaurant gave thought to handicap accessibility.

Not a fan of this place. The wings were the only thing worth eating. My husband and I had lunch at the york, Pa restaurant. He ordered a Rubin and they used coleslaw instead of sauerkraut, the meat was bland. My husband said it was horrible. I ordered a chicken Gyro and it was also bland. Just tasted like plain cooked chicken and mayo. The chicken was supposed to be grilled and did not have the grilled flavor. I do not recomend this restaurant unless you like bland food. And they put French fries on all of their subs and sandwiches, yuck. Not a good experience and will not be going back.
