Their furniture ain't bad but service sucks. Three times we have tried to buy the same loveseat. First the fabric we choose was no longer available (and hadn't been for months). Then other fabrics became available but the salesman didn't let us know. Then we needed a swatch to see in our home but the salesman couldn't provide one. Later, I went online and found that I can order any swatch I want for free! AND the cost of the loveseat is over $150 LESS! Why should I shop in the store?

I thought our sales person was wonderful! Lisa really worked her magic for us. My only issue was that on our first visit, we walked in and just strolled the floor. We could not find a sales person or greeter and I felt lost. As my husband and I found what we wanted, I called over to a sales person who was working with another couple. She, Lisa, was gracious enough to work with us as well.

Lisa (the person that helped us) is the reason it's not a standard 3 star because she was fabulous. She tried to help any way she could so I boosted my rating. Thank you Lisa. I will be. Ack because of you. I love my lights too.
