Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store, King of Prussia PA

I had a bad experience with a sofa I purchased but the staff made sure all of my needs were met. They were able to offer us the opportunity to select a new sofa set and return the old one. Issues can happen at anytime but it's about how it's resolved and I can honestly say that their customer service is outstanding.

I love Raymour & Flanigan! Its very clean, the furniture is very nice, customer service was excellent.

Had a great experience! Kirsten was incredibly patient and helpful when we were purchasing our new family room furniture set. She made sure we felt super comfortable about the dimensions and the cost. After visiting other furniture stores with pushy sales people it was refreshing to get a sales rep who really cares! Highly recommend this store and asking for Kirsten!

By far the best place I have ever worked. The Staff and Management go Above and Beyond for the customers. I enjoy every person I work with and take pride in my ability to help them find exactly what they are looking for.

Got a good couch at a decent price but how many times do I have to say no to the protection plan Rose? ! I feel bad for people who are forced to hard sell things like protection plans for a few extra bucks. It was an awkward experience after I finally said it would never happen the sales person turned from very nice to annoyed with me. I like my couch but I won't be going back.

My experience at Raymour & Flanigan will be one I will remember for a long time. I feel as if I had made a purchase that will last me a life time. Newt our salesman got us the best deal, and taught us and explained every little detail when it came to shopping for the best furniture. Not only does he go into explaining, but he will throw the product on the ground to demonstrate how well its built! I definitely recommend coming to this store, and if you do ask for Newt.

Very rude sales person. I asked for best price and he said "Bye Bye". This was his words. May be he was in hurry to leave for home at 9 PM. I have never experienced such rude behavior.

Little pushy sales people. I saw better deals on their website than store. Good place to go and get a feel of what's available and how it feels.
