Notice that this very low rated company never actually responds to posts? They use some hired person - Jackie - to take the bullets and spew nonsense. Good luck to you if you ever use this company. Worst Ever.

This company is by far the worst company to deal with. Internet is CONSTANTLY going out every other day. You can never reach anyone in customer service. When we first signed up we were supposed to receive a new customer package deal. They never gave it to us so when we got out first bill and saw how much it was, we were so upset and when I called they told me they can’t sign me up for the new customer package because I’m now not a new customer.total rip off and a scam for sure!

I couldn't be more disappointed. I depend on RCN to provide me with consistent service. I work from home and for me, no internet means no pay. My service over the past several days has been sketchy, at best. It is constantly in and out, and today, it's more out. I will be speaking with clients and I'll lose them in the middle of a call because the Internet goes down. My employer doesn't want to hear excuses why I can't do my job, they just expect me to do my job.

I didn’t have an issue with their service and it was less expensive than some of the other options avail in the area I am in. My only issue was the router I had rented (maybe it was faulted in some way) kept resetting and it was a pain having set it up again. I’m sure however if I called them about this issue they would have gladly assisted me.
