Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Homestead PA

Not the best. I just know not to order that BLTA again. And when I order wine to specify I do NOT want Cupcake brand when ordering wine.

Bathroom was nasty restaurant wasn't that clean either servers could of been more respectful would not recommended

So so impressed and happy with the social distancing. We waited a while but we were able to leave and do other things during the wait. The food was amazing as always. We'll be back soon!

Slow service burger was just ok i asked for no pink but got some anyway. Mac and cheese was dry and noodles where not quite cooked.

Was happy to be able to dine in person while we could. Tables were spaced and sectioned off. Traffic flow was controlled. Enter in the front door and exit out the back. Everything was handled well and the food was awesome as usual.

The food was not what I expected. I told the waitress I wanted to place a takeout order when I was ready to leave. But she brought my check and left.

Not how i remembered it. Burger was umm so so ask for no pink but got pink anyway. Mac and cheese was hard and had no taste. Waiter was slow well i think he was waiting on the entire resturant.

I don't plan on returning any time soon. The reason: non-mask compliance. We were seated in a booth where I could look back into the food service/prep area. Workers had masks on, and most were wearing them properly. However there was one worker whose mask was down around his chin and he also repeatedly was running his fingers through his hair. This is disgusting and unacceptable behavior. When this was brought to the manager's attention she said 'she would have a talk with him. Not an appropriate response, in my opinion. Had I been that manager I would have sent him home.perhaps permanently.

Stopped in late for a bite, which can be hit or miss anywhere that's looking forward to closing up soon. Food was on point and our waiter was super pleasant an in his toes.

One of the best veggie burgers I ever found in US. The staff is really courteous. The bottomless french fries with Red Robin seasoning are a must try. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasing as well.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order online went to pick it up completely messed up my order and there was hair all throughout out my food. Called to speak to a manager she put me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me to call back later there’s nothing she can do. Now we paid 50 dollars for garbage that no one can or wants to eat because of hair throughout our food. Terrible service

When we arrived, was told 35 minute wait time. We had to wait about 20 minutes. Our hostess was NOT very friendly, but whatever. Our server, Tony, greeted us right away. Our food was ready pretty quickly, and Tony made sure our drinks never went empty. It was busy, but he still was very friendly, funny, and on the ball. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Service was fast and friendly. Food came quickly. However, I was shocked that most burgers and chicken sandwiches come in at 1000 calories. This is almost as much as TWO McDonalds Big Macs. Horrendous food choice.suggest only visiting occasionally.

Yes.they do report their calories openly on the menu.my point is.the menu is terrible.

Love the free refills on fries, the waiter was very polite and fat with our service. We were on our lunch break and always appreciate fast service

Party of two, we had to wait 20 minutes.no biggie until we were being seated and I literally counted over 20 tables/booths sitting empty! There were people coming in and being told it was over a 35 minute wait and people were walking out and going elsewhere! No idea why this was happening but very poor business practice! On an upnote, our server, Tony was excellent and entertaining!

Very disappointed. We called ahead because we had a large party (12 people) and they said they couldn't take reservations. They said they'd have a set up for us anyway. We arrived.and they didn't. They said the wait would be 45 minutes! We left and went next door to TGIFridays.

Place sucks food takes forever and good luck trying to get a refill. You'll die of dehydration.

I like Red Robin I don't really like their fries but the burgers are awesome at this particular location the staff is top-notch. I really appreciate them, anytime I come in for pick up they have the order correct.greet me with a smile and the food will be ready within 10 minutes.
