27The food was pretty good although it caused everyone to have stomach problems afterwards. Also note, if you are taking someone with a birthday there and ask them to sing, they will and they will provide a birthday sundae. You will then see an "entertainment fee" of 1.99 on your receipt. I wasn't aware of that until I saw it.
Service was really slow. Reallly slow. I ordered 4 kid meals and it took almost 30 minutes for burgers.
They have some good burgers. Endless fries makes sure you are not leaving hungry. Friendly servers good environment. I recommend it for anyone who loves good burgers.
Yesterday I went to Red Robin to meet up with friends for dinner. They had delicious food and happy hour. They also offered free refill of French fries. My meal was $11 which isn't too bad. Next time I go back I will absolutely try they gourmet burger!
Food very good, but service left much to be desired, so I only tipped 15%. Maybe just a bad day on the server's part.
Service subpar, dining at bar area filthy. 12 tables and seven not cleared or clean. Service sat us within this, disgusting. Gave a feel of a dirty establishment. Husband said restroom filthy, floor needed mopped
I use to love Red Robin until inflation went up on every burger and the portion gets smaller and they say all you can eat fries but by the time your second batch comes, you already be done eating.
