Redline Speed Shine Shiloh reviews
23Machine didn't give change and no notice letting you know there was no change! When I called the phone number I had to spend $15 in gas to get my $5 change back! They refused to mail it!
I love their soft touch wash, helps clean off that winter grime and salt. Just atad pricey though
Credit card reader failed at 2 stations. Take cash in small bills. Also, do not pull up to payment station until previous car has exited (minutes after the red X goes off) else it gets confused and cancels your request. At least the wash part worked.
Waste more time waiting for chemicals to come out then anything. Also the wheel cleaner eats the sticky weights off of wheels. 3 times ive had to get my wheels rebalanced after washing
Bays with doors that close and the system cleans great worth your time and money i l9ve this place
Very poor service. I took my sedan through the soft touch wash at this location and purchased their most expensive wash package. The brushes failed to even clean the entire back side of the car and left dirt visible on the trunk. The rinse failed to remove all the soap from my car and left an absurd amount on the hood and near the windshield wipers. After calling and emailing the company to make them aware of the issue and to try and get my money back they told me: ". The wash did function properly. This leftover soap will not cause any damage to your vehicle. " They acknowledged the poor quality of their wash and I even sent them pictures and they still refused to refund my money. I feel robbed. I will try to post the pictures in the "photos" section. I encourage anyone experiencing similar issues to skip the pointless hassle of contacting management and just to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because the way this was handled is definitely not good business. *now in their response they claim that I am not quoting their email yet I copied and pasted directly from the email they sent to me, screen shots to follow*
Go to a Sheetz car wash. I bought a basic wash and air dry. It costed more that Sheetz. I put in cash and didn’t receive my change. The air dry didn’t work.
I just went through soft touch and it stopped not even half way through, meaning i paid for no wash. Glad I didn't spend more than I had to.
Decided to give this place a second try after the 1st time I went there to shampoo my car and all that came out of their shampoo machine was a little bit of suds no liquid it didn't even make my carpet damp. Called to complain and a guy even admitted on the phone to me that there shampooing machines are not very good. Anyways, terrible idea I should not have came here. Obviously I chose not to do shampoo, but I did do vacuum and wash my car. Basically the vacuum does not work at all, my car looks the same inside. The brush for washing the outside of the car did not work well either. I scrubbed hard and used high pressure to rinse it. Even though it was only 8 dollars, it was an unfortunate waste.
Love the Soft Touch wash. It got everything I needed done and to me is basically similar to the touch less in quality.
I love this car wash. It's a little bit more expensive than others, but it's mostly worth it. The vacuum is $2 for 5 minutes, and it has a timer displayed where you can easily see it. The self-serve car wash is a minimum of $3 for it to turn on and that buys you I think 5 minutes. I'm not 100% sure because I always wind up having to add more money, since it takes up a bit of your time waiting for it to switch over between settings (make sure you spray the ground until whatever you are using comes out, since it takes a little while to switch you don't want to be spraying more chemicals on your vehicle while you think you are rinsing it because that can destroy your clearcoat if it sits on it). This is the only company I know of that offers rainx in its self serve bays. They also have a membership deal of $25 a month, up to 28 washes a month (automatic not self serve) which is unique.
I usually really like this Redline, however my last experience makes me question if I want to go back there. I paid for a wash but there was a malfunction with something so it was saying the wash was in use even though I was the only person there. I called customer service and left a message about my experience and how I am now out money for the wash that I already had paid for. I have still not received a response.
Waaaaayyyy over priced. You'll spend at least $20 bucks for a spray-wand car wash. Go to Sheets and get a drive thru for $5.00
I do enjoy going to this car wash but BEWARE I wouldn’t go through the “soft touch” automatic washes. I made the mistake of doing so because I was crunched for time and didn’t want to wait in line and it terribly scratched my trunk and back bumper. If you care about your car don’t use the soft touch!
50 degree day in March with 3 Lanes closed and the credit card reader was broken. Too over an hour for a sub par $9 automatic wash
Machines are always broken, and building is never attended by employees. It was 58 degrees in February with a line of cars into the street and no employees to help the many customers that had broken car washes
Got set up with the monthly unlimited washes, great service by the gentleman working there. Very personable and lots of explanation between differences in packages.
Delightful experience to be able to wash & detail indoors when amidst a Pennsylvania winter. Wish it were closer to home!
Got stuck in a self serve bay, the garage doors failed to open, it opened a few inches after I pressed the button before getting stuck. Had to go backwards out of the facility to exit. Additionally, there were several inches of dirty water in the bay I used, which was one of only 2 that didn't have cones blocking the entrance.
One of the better car washes in the area. I think it's the best functioning location of all the Red Line locations. Prices are in line with average prices. Automatic and manual HEATED (in winter) wash bays. Vacuums available. Bill/ change available. CC accepted in all bays.
