Put in cash to get a wash, didn’t get my change. Printed a receipt that says a credit is owed to me with a phone number to call. This is a pain for your customers. Put change in your machines!
Entered the bay on the green arrow, stopped on the red. Wash never started, sat there for 8 minutes before just pulling thru. Didn’t receive my change or the wash I overpaid for.

Wouldn't take a new $5 bill. Made me use a credit card. Difficult to be sure of what mode you are using.

I left my Comcast boxes sitting on the vacuum. I went to leave and came back and they were gone. I tried to contact redline, but they never returned my phone call. This has been since June 6th 2018. Now I owe 600 dollars for my stolen Comcast boxes.
