They're open and the theaters are comfortable and clean. A bit pricey but then what movie theater isn't.

Great theater! Comfortable seats that recline almost all the way down. Extremely clean. MASKS OPTIONAL WITH VACCINE! DEFINITELY my new theater for movie club pass!

*Spring 2021: "average" movie tickets (nothing premium, not IMAX, no special screening, no packages, no concessions included) are now $20 PER PERSON. It was about $12 then $15 before and now $20? ! And consider the average buyer; this is a theater located in a somewhat more rural, more limited SES-bracket PA destination.not NYC. I don't understand how the average person can cough up these continuously inflated prices that go up and up and up. Sigh.
*MovieTavern in Exton PA appears to have better prices, specials, and weekly deals based on my latest research.

Went to the movies last night. First time since March. You would think Regal would have their act together and ready for their customers. NOT!
1). At the concession stand every place you could have a filled popcorn container was full. Thereby the supply was over the top greater than demand. Besides my wife and I there was only one other person in the theater. Bottom line the popcorn tasted as it was - old - like it was on a shelf all day.
2). The people behind the counter now check you in to your movie but there did not know how to use the Regal app. My app had some offerings that I showed them but they did not know how to understand them or use them.
3). Sat down to enjoy the movie but when the movie started the lights in the theater remained on! After 5 minutes into the movie I had no choose but to get out of my chair (miss part of the movie) and track down the manager to let him know the lights were still on.

My party had a number of special requests before the movie and they were all handled fabulously.

Why is this theater still open? Are they saying that the safety of the community doesn't matter? Because I think it should. I have been less than thrilled with their customer service as late. Maybe that just answered my question.

I have very high standards for theaters and I am a huge fan of the classic theater experience. This was my first time at there theater and came for the IMAX movie. As I had assumed it is a Li-MAX (Lie Max) theater. A standard theater with the IMAX branding and price but lacking the true IMAX screen and sound system experience.
The digital projection was poor, especially for being an IMAX screen. From 6 rows back I could see the pixels. In other words they are still using a 2k Projector is 2020 and charging an outrageous ticket price ($20). I personally hate reserved seating. You can't see who you will be sitting next to when you reserve your seats and if you get stuck next to someone with serious BO or nasty food you are stuck there for 2+ hours. Back in the day you could just move, not an option anymore.

The remaining 3 stars go to friendly staff, clean theater and comfy but not reclining seats.
My best recent (in the past 5 years) theater experience was going to see Dunkirk in the KOP IMAX in 70mm film, my worst was at a Movie Tavern in Flourtown PA, you can go read my review for that theater.

Even though they always have a crowd, the place is always nice and clean. There's always plenty of parking even if you have to walk a bit. Plus, they're right by a sping center which offers plenty of stores to go to while you're waiting.

We have always been treated very well and caringly, even when my spouse was recovering from major surgery and had her first outing after two months of recovery. They kindly allowed her into the theater early so that she could make her way slowly with a walker. Restrooms are always clean and theaters well taken care of.

Another really good experience. The only issue is that the sound was so loud for an almost emoty theater it was uncomfortable. I'm not one if the people who usually complains about volume in a theater either.

The seats are too comfortable. But I do like them.
The popcorn was very fresh and there is nothing like a movie on the big screen.

Too many blockbusters, too many IMAX, not enough quality films. Playing Indian films but not GOOD BRIT, CONTINENTAL films. Summer was a bust, went once.

Love it but sometimes the wait for concessions is bad. If you order something that needs to be prepared, like a pizza, it really takes a long time. Only 6 mins for a pizza to cook but that's not until you place and pay for your order. I'd like to see managers jump into help lines more often.

Movie was excellent, but the food was horrific! The "waffle fries" were so hard I couldn't eat them and my burger was gross! Also, my daughter's chicken tenders were smaller then chicken nuggets! I took them back and let them know her fries were to hard/crunchie to eat so they replaced them. The chicken fingers were slightly bigger but the fries were still impossibly hard. Both of our stomachs hurt and I will make sure to never buy food from there again if we go back!

I love this theater since the renovations! It is so much more comfortable and there is plenty of room between the seats- it is not annoying when people walk in front of you- there is plenty of room. The theaters are much smaller now so it is important if you really want to see a certain movie at a certain time to get your seats ahead of time.

Very comfortable seating, plenty of parking and easy to get to. Also kept remarkably clean. Good quality sight and sound.

We saw the movie mission impossible here in IMAX. It did not look like an IMAX experience as the screen was pretty small and hence the whole point of paying so much for IMAX made not sense. Will not come here for IMAX movies again.

Really comfortable recliners. Nice staff. Despite the huge parking lot, finding parking was a bit difficult.
