Regal Cinemas Downingtown 16 & IMAX reviews
28No problems. Things were clean, seats were comfortable and employees polite. My only complaint is the cost of tickets and food.
Shut off the ac on us an hour before the end of the movie. When we left the whole place was empty so I couldn't talk to anyone about it. Will not return and will be sure to let people know about my experience especially since it was never addressed by management. (Yes I did file a complaint)
Clean, love the recycler chairs. You can pick your seats. I took my daughter on crutches and they had companion seats available. Where you can sit with a person with disability. Big plus. Thank you so much.
Very clean and nice theatre. Bought the tickets online. Walked right up and scanned them and walked in. Too easy. Always go to Regal. Top quality.
Has food like burgers, fries recliner seats and when you get the tickets you get to pick were you want to seat, so no one can sneak in and not looking around for a seat,
Enjoyable movie experience. Movie was priced right. Reclining stadium seats were very comfortable.
1 star because I can't give negative stars. Everything here is a rip off. If you put $5 in the game token machine, you get back $4.75 in tokens and a single quarter. That means you have to put $20 in the machine to get $19 in tokens and $1 in quarters. The machine will not even accept quarters for tokens, so there is no posablity of coins mixing inside of the machine, meaning that it was purposely loaded that way. All of the games cost $1 (4 tokens). You have counter workers that are inept and will spill your drinks/food across the counter giving it to you. If you get anywhere near an exit, you automatically get accused of not having a ticket, even when you are watched walking from the movie section. This was just a bad experience all around from the time I opened the front door to the time I walked out.
