I called this morning for a road service for my semitruck. The guy was nice and I asked him if they have parts because I know my air dryer was out. He told me 90 min, I called after 2 h and he was rude and he told me he has only one mecanic and I need to wait another 60 to 2 h and he hung up. He called back in 5 min to tell me I need to pay even if they don't fix the truck! I asked him about the parts again and he told me he never mentioned nothing about any parts and I will need to pay them for the call. They are only after money not after fixing your problems! Don't waste your time with them! Stay away!

They absolutely are the worst! Dispatchers were ignorant, they we're 2 hours longer than was told, never showed up

I live in a 35 mph speed zone.robs towing just had a giant tow truck with a tow on it traveling about 60mph down my street.this is unacceptable behavior! If my son walked out in the street there is no possible way he was getting that giant truck to stop.

I needed my Ferrari towed on a holiday weekend. AAA could not find anyone willing to do it out of 8 different calls to various 24hr services because of very low and long front end. They all said they were unwilling to flatbed a Ferrari. I thought i was stuck there. I called Rob’s on my own and they told me they would take care of me and they did! They had professional ramps to avoid bottoming out while loading onto flatbed. They sent Louis. He was very experienced, patient, and extremely careful and at the same time very competent. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely call them again!

These people went above and beyond to get a car brought back to the hospital for me after my friend had a medical emergency on the turnpike. I would def recommend them to anyone!

Robs towed my trailer with the wheels locked the driver did not connect my breakaway cable witch was there at the time of the tow ruining a brand new set of tires and refuses too replace them.they are criminals and have Bristol township police in their pockets it’s a big scam to rip off the working class with no repercussions, don’t be the next victim of their business

Please do not use this service at all! I was in desperate need of help, inquired about their services and met great resistance by way of customer service agent. The agent spoke to me in such a demeaning tone of voice. She was beyond condescending. Too many towing companies to be mistreated

Had to use the south division in chester pa, most friendly and courteous staff I ever dealt with.

These guys are great, they’ve moved a lot of equipment for us through the years and it’s always a painless experience.

The Team at Rob's has helped us out tremendously through their on-site mechanic fleet.

On several occasions one of our diesel trucks needed in field service and Rob's has been able to quickly attend to our needs to keep our Crew moving with minimal downtime.

They are very responsive and we truly appreciate this level of service, which is rare.

I called them at 130am on Saturday morning. Al the dispatcher was extremely helpful and kind. He was extremely genuine. I called about a broken down car on route 1 blocking the right lane. Al had me go to a building to get an address. Of he didn't do that I'd be dead right now. He saved my life. He also dispatched one of his drivers to make sure I was okay after he heard my car get hit.

I did business with the guys in chester pa. They were great. They took care of my truck from the tow to the repair. Very careful not to damage anything. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure.

The worst towing company I have ever came across. They try to scam you giving you prices between $750-$1000 for 4.5 mile towing. I am reporting them and their business practices to BBB. Unprofessional in every aspect!

Great Service! Had my Pa. Inspection done. Very professional and knowledge experience. Waiting room accommodates kids. Has refreshments snack, coloring books and Tv!

The young guy running this truck did not know the law when it comes to towing a vehicle that was involved in an accident. I wanted the vehicle towed to my house not their facility. Good thing I was able to use the company I chose despite the State Police and Rob's driver insisting otherwise.

Zero Stars! Over $800 worth of belongings were stolen out of my vehicle while it was under their protection. Their lot is unsecured and not under video surveillance. Like me you may not have a choice as they showed up to my accident and in the confusion of the accident your'e not investigating the best place to have your car taken from the highway. But if you do see this, take your car elsewhere.

Wait almost an hour and a half for AAA. Driver showed up and seemed confused as to how he was going to load the car since the tie rod was broke and my wheel was sideways! Chatted up for about 10 minutes. Then he had to go to the bathroom and said he’d be back. So he left. We called Robs. They were there in 10 minutes with no issues loading the car! Took his time and was extremely professional! Will highly recommend!

I got a flat tire on the PA turnpike last week due to another persons negligence that just let wood fall of their truck. I tried to change the tire myself but couldn’t get the lug nuts off. I was over 2 hours from home and called AAA. They sent Drew from Rob’s towing company. They are from a town called Bristol, PA. Drew was very professional. He was able to get my spare tire on quickly and had everything he needed to get my car back up and on the road. A really great towing company. They arrived quickly and provided exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!
