Horrible. I got into an accident. They towed my car to the garage.
When they called me to tell me an estimate to get it done they said between $6K-8K. It was an older car, maybe worth $4K and asked me if I still wanted them to write up a quote. I requested a quote still. After 2 days no one getting back to me, I called 5 times on a Friday. "Joe" was busy all morning and when I showed up to get my car he refused to come out and talk to me. They said "he is being a wuse".
I took my car else where (drove it off the lot) and got it fixed for $1,500. When they marked it as a total loss. Im sure they wanted to keep it, fix it and then resell it because it is a good car and will last another 100K miles!

Do yourself the favor and read the reviews and avoid this place. I spoke on the phone with them for a road service for a simple pull start for a truck they said it would be 2 hours minimum and if he got it done by the two hours it would come out to about 295. They were 13 miles away from my truck so they said it should all be done within that time frame that they charge door to door. The road service shows up an hour and a half later is on site for 30 minutes and gets the truck started. They mechanic tells me it’s 445 I ask him why is it so much if he was there 30 minutes and he tells me that it’s an hour and a half to get back to the shop. I ask him how that’s possible if they are 13 miles away and he says because they sent him from the Bristol location. So in total they charged 4 hours for and 150 over because they decided to send a road service from another location over 60 miles away without making us aware of it. DO NOT USE THEM THEY LIE and STEAL YOUR MONEY

If I could give a no star I would. Called the company today to get one of my trucks towed and spoke to a Coleen. What a piece of you know what. Wouldn’t let me get a word in. Screamed on the phone at me. When I had a question she kept screaming number thirteen. Apperantly that’s how long she has been working there. Super unprofessional, disgusting to deal with. Have used the company in the past, but will never again. Will spread the word around my industry for no one to use them. I’ve been in business for awhile and if I had an employee that talked that way to a client she would be fired. My lines are recorded, I will be contacting management on Monday with a recording of this call. Will update this review depending on how they will handle this.
