I haven’t shopped for a new car in 10 years and Jay and his team made the experience very easy. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressure, and he was sincerely trying to help me find the best deal and vehicle that would fit my needs the best. I would definitely go back to them again!

Disclaimer: I got a text asking me to leave a review after my latest service visit, without compelling me to write a good review, necessarily. Given that I assume a bias among most reviewers to typically only write when they have bad things to say, I'm happy to reverse that a bit.

I bought my Mazda used from another Rohrich dealer, but have serviced it with Rohrich Mazda. Having owned my car from the 60K mile mark up to the present 97K miles, the Rohrich Advantage program has allowed me to maintain my car almost for free (besides a brake job prompted by an inspection elsewhere and some trivial expenses for cabin air filters).

The staff at the dealership is friendly, providing free oil changes and checking for other issues. They've taken so little of my money over nearly 3 years of ownership that it almost seems too good. My car is running great, and I'm very thankful for the service and care of the staff.

We had one of the best car buying experiences at Rohrich Mazda. Our sales specialist Jay was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and made our purchasing process smooth and fun. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in Mazada cars. We are so enjoying our new CX-30!

I personally didn't buy a vehicle, but I went for support to a buyer, that went for a test drive at first. The experience was mediocre at the beginning, it became completely different after meeting our sales associate. His name is Jay, he was very informative, polite, and had an active sense of humor that made our visit one of the best after visiting three other dealerships. The cars and lobby were clean, the other staff were nice. The only constructive criticism that I would even have to offer, would be that the inventory for the car and model we went to look at was a little slim. Overall a great experience.:)

Was handled by Jay Obertance. Do not recommended! Neither you nor your time will be respected. As most of the previous reviews pointed out, there is discrimination. People will be treated differently based on how they look.

Went in for service the receptionist had her face mask completely pulled down while she was talking to me, both when I dropped off and picked up. A service technician walked right in with no mask to be seen, got within 6 ft of me and starting talking to a nearby coworker. A sales rep literally brushed up behind me as I was checking out. BUT they require customers to wear a mask and social distance when they come in. Why can’t they follow the same basic guidelines? A business that can’t follow these simple steps to protect their customers should NOT be open. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and I suggest any one else who cares about their safety to do so as well.

I never tried so hard to give my money to a dealership that refused to take it. I inquired about a used vehicle very shortly after it was listed. Jay who is the internet sales manager reached out to me regarding the vehicle and the process for credit was started. Communication was slow and poor and 3 days after the original communication I was told that he was not aware that another salesman had sold it the night before. I am guessing this means someone who worked there needed a car for their kid. I was then told their honda store had taken in a similar car only to be told a day later that it did not pass their "safety test''. I reached out to this dealership even though it's well over an hour away from me and all they did was lie and deceive. Typical of bigger dealerships. GO ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I’ve gotten two cars from Rohrich Mazda and I can’t say enough good things. Dan and CJ are transparent in their deals and works hard to find a deal that is good for you and works for them as well. Both cars that I’ve gotten have been easy to negotiate without any of the ridiculous back and forth that I’ve done at other dealers.

Jay and CJ were amazing. We purchased a 2018 CX-9 and without a doubt it was painless. They were very upfront and to the point. Jay was adorable with my daughter and he’s one of the most educated salesman I’ve ever met, he knew his product and that is why he’s good at what he does. If you want a great car and a great experience go to Rohrich, you won’t be disappointed.

Jay O was good for the most part. We found the car online and contacted him about it. We came from 2 hours away on a Thursday and he had it out for us, ready to go. We went for a test drive and decided to buy the car. We were offered financing but wanted to use our own bank. We gave a $250 deposit and agreed to come back the following day with a check for the balance. We let Jay know that we had to work Friday so we would be there close to 6 (closing time) but that we would make it before they closed. No problem. That was fine. So we drove 2 hours back home.
Friday, we got the check from our bank and hit the road. We texted Jay from the road to let him know that we would be there about 20 minutes before closing. He responded that they could not fit us in because the paper work would take 30 minutes. He gave us a phone number for Jennifer Parish, who would be doing the paper work. We called her and told her that we would be there at 5: 40. She said that we could not come and give her $15000 for this car because they “close at 6 o’clock on the dot. ” If Jay would have told us that we needed to be there by 5: 15 to get this done, we would have been there. He did not. So we got a hotel, another $80.
We would have just walked away at that point, but I had already given them $250, non refundable.
Saturday morning, we went in and gave them our check and waited for Jennifer Parish to summon us. She came down and apologized, saying that her computer shuts off on Friday at 6 (ridiculous excuse). She then went back up to do the paperwork. When she finally had us come in, my 9 year old son was talking about the cars in the showroom and she jokingly told him to come back when he was old enough and she would give him a job. I took that opportunity to reply with “As long as you don’t show up too close to closing time. ” She responded, saying that it was security’s fault (not the magic computer timer that she blamed before). Later she said that it was the IT department that would not let her do the paperwork the day before.
I think maybe they should list their closing time as 5: 15 if that is the last time that you are allowed to come in and give them business. What business turns away the sale of a $15000 car because they would have to stay 10 minutes after closing time?
