I had the best experience at Rohrich Mazda! From the time I emailed an inquiry to the time I finalized my purchase, every aspect was smooth. I had three different people contact me immediately regarding the car, trim, and package that interested me. Jay, an amazing car salesman, sent me video footage of the exact car I ended up purchasing. When I got to the dealership, everyone welcomed me and Jay had everything set so our test drive could take place immediately. He had so much knowledge about EVERY PART of my new CX5, and he relayed the information to me in a way I understood and that didnt overwhelm me. He and CJ even made the intensive paperwork painless! I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jay, to anyone looking for a relaxed but informative car buying experience.

The collision center is extremely professional. They explain in detail what they cosider damage and the approach to repairing it.

I am very impressed with the service we have received. Rohrich's Mazda service department continually takes care of our older vehicle in terrific fashion. They have saved us time and money over and over again, by taking their time and actually fixing the vehicle. I could go on and on with horror stories of other garages and dealers trying to rip my wife off. I don't have to worry about that with Rohrich Mazda. Over the past 14 months they have saved us at least $2700. I don't have any experience with Rohrich's other dealerships but, I like the Mazda guys.

I wish the Miata didn't feel too small on me, because when i went to look for a trade-in for my Audi TT, I got a great salesman. He was low-pressure, answered my questions clearly, did not try to push anything, and listened to what I wanted. I appreciated the low-key approach without double-talk. I loved my previous Miatas, and my salesman made me want to come back and at least try one again.

I normally dread dealing with car dealerships and high-pressure sales tactics, but Rohrich and more specifically Jay were the exact opposite. He was very helpful, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about all the models and features. From start to finish, I never felt like I was trying to be up-sold, or forced to buy a feature or package I did not need. I have not had the car in for service yet, so I can not comment on that aspect, but as far as the sales process is concerned, I highly recommend stopping in to talk to Jay.

The other day, I inadvertently left my automatic windshield wiper turned on. As I went through the car wash, the windshield wipers engaged and carwashes fabric arms got caught in my windshield wipers in and became stuck. It bent one of my windshield wipers And made them inoperable. I scheduled service and the problem was corrected within an hour with a replacement wiper arm. Dave, the service manager, personally took care of my situation and explained to me in great detail what had happened and how it could’ve been a Huge problem. I left satisfied and knowledgeable about what not to do in the future. Thanks Dave.

Bought a used Mazda 3. They had the car they had advertised. Best car buying experience ever. I got a fair deal and the whole thing only took about an hour and a half. Jeff and the rest of the staff treated me great. I will definitely buy hear again.

This is the first car dealership I trusted and enjoyed taking my vehicle to in my 40 years of car ownership and driving. Straight shooters. Know the difference between required and recommended services. Always accurate estimates with full explanation of your options. Nice waiting area. At times, a bit slow but so what's new?

I didn't think it was possible to have the car buying experience be a total pleasure. I originally started looking for a car by doing some research online, signed up for some quotes, and VOILA! Enter Jay Obertance and Rohrich Mazda. The only straight-talking salesman I have ever experienced. He immediately sent me a video describing the car I was interested in in full detail.and a reasonable price with no smoke and mirrors! There was simply no comparison to his response and those of other dealerships. He is far and above them in every way.
