Rothrock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Allentown PA

Sheldon Simpson & Steve Bennett made the process of getting into a new Ram as easy as could be. I live about an hour away, but the trip was well worth it.

My salesman was excellent, but the express lane service is terrible, since we bought our jeep we have been there 6 times to get the oil changed and not once has it taken less than an hour to get done. I have heard every excuse from its the end of the month we are getting slamed to come when we first open up its first come first serve. I have gone weekends, and weekdays and no matter what its always a wait or they try to send you over to their nissan service area. But even then its been a 90 minute wait. Its a shame because one of the biggest decisions i make when buying a car is how the service will be after i buy it. Every new car should be great right when you buy it but properly maintaining your car is the key to keeping it and getting the most value for your money. I actually loved a vehicle they were selling but wont buy it because i know it won't be new forever and when something does go wrong i want to know i can get service and not wait for hours. I forgot to mention i even tried scheduling an appointment because they said that would get me in and out fast but the next available apointment was 3 weeks out.

I went to purchase a 2017 black Hyundai Sonata limited. It had about 50k on it. I asked for a carfax they refused and insisted that autocheck was just as good. I decided to pay the $40 myself for the carfax. Turns out the car they were trying to sell me was in an accident. Yup an accident that they knew about and tried to hide from me. I couldn't even get the manager to look me in the eye afterwards. It's going to be my mission to take this up with corporate. I've never been to a dealership that doesn't take some pride in how they do business. Once they got caught I didn't even get an apology or at least an attempt at keeping my business. Stay away folks!

Could not be happier with the experience we just had at Rothrock. We arrived around 8: 30am sure we that we wanted a new vehicle but hesitant about the process, financing, price, etc. We also expected to be there all day if indeed we decided to purchase. We were met by friendly staff and soon met our sales rep, Sheldon, who was warm, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. We were driving our new Jeep home before 11am. I'm still a little floored at just how quickly they were able to get us out the door. Thank you, Rothrock!

Yes the salesman was good! The only problem I had was the pricing Was a little high so that kind of turned me away overall Show room Nice and they had plenty of cars used and new

Very poor customer service. Called the other day for service on my 2017 lease Jeep and they told me I would have to wait almost 2 months for an appt when my car is under warranty and check engine light is on.

Service center associates were annoyed with us before we even said hello. The service team was strange and uncomfortable. Worst part (and I am not saying this for the sake of the review) but we were thinking about purchasing a car from Rothrock within the next two years. Needless to say those plans have been scrapped. I think I have been in contact with most of the departments at Rothrock and have had positive experiences throughout. I trusted them for years with a car that was valuable to me and I am hoping to do so again in the future.

Worst customer service ever! They never answer their service phones! I left multiple messages for the manager Patrick and he NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! Im disgusted with our recent service. I was planning to purchase my next car at Rothrock. Not happening now. Stay away from this place!
