Had a good experience getting my windshield replaced. They gave me a 2 hr quote and they finished it sooner. Only thing that could be improved is parking is pretty tight, and i could see some people being intimidated trying to park for their appointment there

This place is a life saver, I had a windshield replaced 3 weeks ago and the next day my back window was broken by a lawn mower.
They ordered the part and replaced the back window. They work quickly and the staff is extremely nice.

The manager (Marcell) greeted me personally and answered my questions clearly. He even showed me exactly how to get to a nearby auto facility to obtain replacement inspection stickers, which has to be done within 5 days per Pennsylvania regulations, so it is a good idea to just get the replacement stickers right away. The new windshield looks so beautiful and clearly of high quality. The Safelite employees were all professional and courteous. The work started on time and was finished within an hour, as estimated. Not that I want cracks in my windshield again, but I know that if it does happen again, I can rely on Safelite and specifically this particular Safelite at 709 Washington Ave in Philadelphia. I called off work for the day of my appointment Monday aug 3 2020 my time window was 12-5 with Kenneth, I called around 4: 30 to see where about my technician is they said 12 mins.ok cool 15 mins go by still no guy by ‘this time it’s 5 the office is close to speak to someone, I waited till 7pm nobody still came now I rescheduled it for today aug 4 2020 12-5 let’s see if someone shows up

This is not my first time using Safelite. There have been 3 different times and 3 different vehicles. One of them was a windshield replacement and 2 for chips or cracks. Twice they came to my home and did an excellent job on the spot and recently I went to the store for repair. They started at my appointment time and finished in the amount of time specified. The manager gave me a bottled water being that I had to wait outside. No waiting in the reception area due to Covid 19. Great work each time and the work is guaranteed.

They were very sturdy, professional and did a great cover up job with my window. The material they used lasted for many days, even through the rain and wind.

They did a great job on my window, but I had to make a 2nd trip 'cause they ordered the wrong window.

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will follow up further to the consumer board. Had a service to get my windshield replace from 8am to 12pm. To which the driver didn't arrive until 11: 55am and had the wrong replacement glass window. I then asked to speak with a supervisor Dana as to why I didn't get a courtesy call or follow up to which she was very rude and showed no level of customer service or professionalism.

My tech, George was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions with his expertise and gave advise on how best to ensure a lasting bond between the glass and the body of the vehicle. And a great job done as well.

They gave about a 2 hour notice ahead of time which helped me plan for their service. I'll greatly recommend Safelite.

So far a great idea! Not a perfect install but a great weight of my shoulder since I’ve replaced the window. Thanks!

If you're here, something went wrong. That being said, the customer service here is spot on and makes the experience easier. They accept appointments online and can coordinate with your insurance provider. All in all.a seamless experience.

My Safelite technician, Kalika, was very professional and courteous. He took his time to explain the process and review the do's and don't's after getting my windshield replaced. I am very grateful and pleased with the experience!

After an attempted burglary via a broken car window, this location's people were amazing! Accommodating, friendly, skilled, and quick! Great experience after an upsetting situation, they're great but hopefully I'll never need them again:)

After 20 mins waiting and talking to a machine which barely understands you, I get a person who says the systems are down and I need to get a quote online. The online system quoted higher price compared to what I got on the site few weeks back when we did not have storms pounding the east coast. I got windshield replaced for half of the coast from local shop and faster than Safelite. Overpriced hype.

Excellent service! Manager/Owner was present and informed me about a small scratch in the replacement and asked if I wanted a different one. Scratch wasn't even noticeable and they could have put it on with out my knowing and I wouldn't have noticed. Kudos on the honest service, this was my 4th windshield i've had replaced in my 12 years of driving. That being said. I would definitely go back and recommend my friends/ family to this location.

My windshield was severely shattered during a recent storm where a huge sheet of ice landed on top of it. Since it was such a busy time with the storm, initially my three day wait for an appointment was going to have to be cancelled and I was very concerned. Marcel from Safelight was extremely understanding and apologetic and when I explained that it was indeed an emergency, he immediately worked his magic and the technician was to my vehicle in under 30 minutes. The technician, Chris, was extremely friendly and did a great job with replacing my window. He took his time and made sure that the glass was vacuumed out and walked me through what he did and tips moving forward. I can not say enough good things about this experience!

Booked appointment with cust service over the phone for early AM and had to leave my vehicle outside the locked lot overnight.staff called me in the morning to confirm and process was quick simple and effective

I love the fact that I can make reservations online and let them know beforehand what type of glass you need to replace. The main entrance to the shop is hard to find though as they don't have a sign that's facing Washington Ave. I was there for 2 hours to replace my car window. It was kind of a long wait to be sure, but it was understandable since they were really busy back then.

They were friendly and efficient, once work was completed it was just moments to finish paperwork and away we went.
