Phone staff was a little inconsistent going into the shop courtesy was awesome friendly staff great group of guys

I thought the guy who came out and did the work was top notch and did a great job. $350 for a little piece of glass in an old minivan is obnoxious though

My rear driver's side window got broken. I went in on a Saturday. They didn't have the window I needed but had it shipped overnight. I made an appointment to drop my car off 2 days later on Monday. Window was fixed by 10 a.m. And I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Fantastic, friendly, helpful service

The guy got lost and i literally watched him drive by me. He was friendly enough but he was supposed to repair a tiny star chip and ended up breaking the windshield. The chip repair turned into me needing a new windshield which meant $0 to suddenly paying $300+. The guy actually said "man i hate when this happens" which makes me think it's not as rare as they elude to it being. No safelite, you will not be getting the replacement job.

I had a nickel-sized chip that needed to be repaired in order to pass the PA state inspection. The whole process at Safelite was pleasant. The customer service rep scheduled an appointment the next morning and was extremely professional. The shop received the car immediately once I arrived and repaired the damage in ~30 minutes for around $100. The chip was filled and visibly reduced by 90%, passing the inspection. The experience exceeded expectations and I am very satisfied with the service.

Did a good job replacing my windshield but broke my rear view mirror. Two days.still waiting. Called.too many computerized options. I'd just like to speak to a human.

Cracked windshield on my car. Through my insurance was able get a SAME day appointment to bring my car into the shop and they did it on the spot in less than 45 minutes. Looks brand new! Superb job and timing. Definitely satisfied with service. Will see how the glass holds up over the next couple months (they have warranty coverage included too).

I recently had my front windshield replaced by Safelite, and they were very professional and efficient. I made an appointment on a Friday, and they were out to replace my windshield by Tuesday (first available time they had), and within the time frame that they quoted me.

I need my windshield replaced for my Hyundai Ioniq and the representatives at this location gave me the runaround for months.

The manager assured me the windshield will arrive in 2 days and I get a call from another rep in the company saying they're not sure when it will arrive 2 days later.

They love to play the blame game and do not take responsibility for what they say to customers.

I scheduled an appointment. Waited one week. Arrive at my scheduled appointment date and time. Apparently nobody had ordered the part necessary for the repair so they couldn't fix my car. So now I'm frustrated that I waited a week for nothing. Not sure where the miscommunication was but it's clear that information is not flowing from one part of the company to another very well. So I won't be coming back.

My rain sensing windshield does not work. Very disappointed with the service. It rained yesterday and my wipers would not automatically start like they used to before. It is a brand new car and I am extremely disappointed.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed of my front windshield replacement by Safelite AutoGlass, 709 Washington Ave at Passyunk. The staff were friendly, offered me information I didn't know to ask for, and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. I might add that my own insurance broker had used and recommended the 709 Washington Ave, Safelite AutoGlass shop, as had the concierge of my condo association.
