They are currently doing a phone upgrade and cannot figure out how to make two lines work. This is now two weeks of this problem and the "engineers are still working on it". You don't put out an update without making sure it works! I wish there was another option! Update - got ahold of a good service tech and we at least got my internet figured out so now I have decent speed that I'm paying for and not the mess I had due to a faulty router! Thank god for Justin!

Horrible customer service! They are unhelpful, schedule you 3-4 days away, then refuse to let you speak with a manager. Customer for 18 years.this is ridiculous.
