Slow as molasses, paperwork that should take 5 minutes takes a month. Wrote up wrong paperwork, come on people pay attention, double check your work! Do not recommend.
UPDATE: so glad you guys had time to respond to my review but STILL havent gotten our paperwork right! This is UNBELIEVABLE!

Just now had one closing completed where Servicelink was the title and settlement company. Really a nightmarish experience. Deserve negative stars. Horrible horrible service that almost put me into tears. The closing kept on getting delayed days and days and into weeks and weeks. Zero responsiveness, zero accountability, zero responsibility. They just would not care, period. Not even possible to take my closing somewhere else in the middle of a contract. At the top of it, the staff was completely inexperienced. Ended up working with them days and days to finalize settlement statement where they kept on making errors and errors and errors. Please save yourself from this nightmare and stay from this firm.

I work as a traveling notary agent (vendor) for ServiceLink. I have had wonderful experiences with the staff and their clients. The pay is average to better than average for the assignments and payment is always prompt. I hope to be able to provide my notary services through/for them for years to come!

VERY, VERY disorganized! Paperwork was not sent prior to the closing, which happens to be a law. Lied about pro rating the taxes. AWFUL!
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Please note, this is SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TITLE SIDE OF SERVICELINK. If I could give ServiceLink negative stars I would. Closing with them as the title company has been an absolutely miserable experience. First, we had been trying to contact our title agent with absolutely no response for over a week. Our closing was pushed due to this. Then, on the day of closing, TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING, they finally sent wiring instructions because apparently they do not take cashier checks of larger than $5,000. Every closing will most likely be more than $5,000, this is unacceptably inconvenient. The wire transfer can take up to 24 hours. Then 30 minutes before closing, our title agent backed out due to coronavirus concerns. I completely understand this, but this is information that needed to be said sooner. Not 30 minutes before closing. This is been a completely unacceptable experience, and that’s putting it lightly. I would never ever use ServiceLink as a title company again.

Update: was cleared for closing today, come to find out ServiceLink’s numbers were completely wrong. Closing was pushed again. I cannot express this enough, do not use ServiceLink for your title company. It will cause you delays and endless frustration.

The worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. We started the process to close on our home in February here it is May and it’s still not finalized. Awful company it’s a shame that USAA uses them for their title company. Never again smh

Allowed an employee to use their company name on a public forum to commit libel and harassment against a business. When it was brought to HR's attention, they looked the other way and refused any responsibility. Poor corporate social responsibility and questionable ethics.

So far, very poor service. I was checking the profiles of the reviews that gave this company better than the worse rating possible, and all the ones I checked are in PA ie company employees. If you look at actual customers, all 1 stars across the board. I didn't know anything about picking a title company and USAA offered this companies information for me. Bad move USAA.

Avoid. Wells Fargo used this company for my loan closing. The notary lost my checks. I had to stop payment and resend new payments. Seriously? !

What a joke. Chase uses this company unfortunately and I was messed over by them when closing on a home. They waited until the very last minute to bring up and issue and have requirements my state didn’t and 99% of other title companies don’t. Learned my lesson. Using a local title company next time. I’m furious at the idiocies of this company.

The company is literally a joke. Everything you have previously read on the reviews is true. Towards the end of the closing the bank required us to use this company. We were so close to being done. Our lawyer told us it’s about 45 minutes worth of corrections to the deed. 45 minutes turned into an additional 4 extra months. We were supposed to close in May. There were 3 things to be corrected on the deed and these illiterate nut jobs turned it into 4 MONTHS! We didn’t get to close until September 14th. Let me give you a huge tip. If you’re forced to close through this company, immediately contact the supervisor and ask them to help you move the process along. We spent 3 months dealing with a basic customer service representative and she got nothing done. It wasn’t until we decided to contact her supervisor (who is listed in the emails as a point of escalation only) that anything got done. It doesn’t matter if it’s an escalation just contact them right away. Dreena Buckholt who is a closing supervisor was a saving grace. She immediately pushed things to get done. She responded within a matter of hours every time we communicated. If it wasn’t for her, we still probably wouldn’t be closed. Ashley Tabone is a joke. Definitely doesn’t have any business working there. It’s because of her carelessness, lack of communication, and stuck up arrogant attitude that everything took so long. So please people, I will say it again. Contact the supervisor immediately otherwise it’ll be a long drawn out nightmare of a process. God bless anybody who has to use this company by no choice of their own.

I'm a closing attorney who has had to work with this company repeatedly. I continue to be astonished that a company who executes their duties so poorly still manages to stay in business.

Terrible service and they don't know how to do their job. Closed on our house a week later than planned because they didn't want to do their job and now that we've finally closed they messee up on the paperwork so we had to redo it all and now we still can't move into our house. They charge way too much as well. Definitely do not reccomeded at all!

By far one of the most unprofessional, disorganized and incompetent places I have ever worked with on behalf of a constituent. The title was not clean after closing, despite insurance and full payment there was no response. After weeks of emails, calls and conversations with senior level staff we still have no resolution. Will update if we ever do.

I just bought a house and before i could move in fully, they put a sticker on the front door that says property inspected and found abandoned. Stay off my property you idiots. It's obvious thr property was not abandoned.

HORRIFIC - STAY AWAY. The other reviewers are correct. Better off not having a mortgage than dealing with this company. I have been calling for 3 days and after spending 5: 32 seconds dealing with the TERRIBLE computer menu, the system keeps disconnecting me. Customer Service reps are useless when you talk to them anyway. I hate this company. Despicable.

I close commercial real estate transactions all over the country, which sometimes involves real estate sold by auction after foreclosure. ServiceLink proves time and time again that people who are diligent in looking for a job, no matter the person's ineptitude for the job, can find a job at ServiceLink. Service is subpar (at best) and the price of the subpar service is exorbitant. Truly disgusting.
