26 These guys are funny - their hold messages (which is mostly what you get when you call, sometimes five times in a row) talk about reliability and knowing the industry. After 5 calls EACH TIME to get to ANY person available (who magically comes available when I get a little pushy) - Katelyn Sharpless - turns out everything is completely screwed up, and they have killed the contract completely.
Katelyn and her team at ServiceLink are a complete joke and a bane of the industry. I am sincerely surprised they are not completely bankrupt - who is giving them business with such incompetence?
I have all calls, emails and transcriptions recorded to back this all up - happy to share. Utter incompetence.
Extremely unprofessional, horrible customer service and a general attitude of blaming others for errors rather than fixing them. There are plenty of great companies out there, ones like this need to close their doors and retrain from the ground up or just keep the doors closed.
There is little wonder that all reviews from customers are bad yet the employee reviews are great, from the employees providing the bad service.
Would put zero stars if were an option. We paid CASH for our house and it took over two months to close. 6-9 months later we realized they hadn't ever filed the deed! Horrible customer service, never call you back. Go with a local company that you trust. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I have had an exceptional time working with the team at Service Link over the past 10 years. I appreciate their professionalism and clear communication.
I truly wish I could give no stars at all. The lack of communication in this company and amongst their "Team" is almost non- existent. The file went through 3 different hands and every single person who had the file stated they couldn't find certain documents causing the same documents to be sent a few times over again. They made the experience working with them a complete worrisome, stressful nightmare. After requesting for two weeks our documents, we finally received them 5 days before closing AND the information was completely incorrect, having to send it back for the correct information that we already sent 2 weeks prior! They stated they have been swamped and apologized for it- however being swamped isn't my problem and sounds more of an excuse, as the real reason is lack of staff or lack of prioritization in the company and their "Team" If you can keep your title company in your state, I suggest it if you will have to deal with these guys. I do not recommend them and I wish all the best of Luck with anyone who does have to. I suggest if you work with them to be Aware and be on alert. You will have to keep them on their toes
WARNING. WARNING. WARNING. Should be called NO-SERVICELINK HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUN AWAY and find a local title company! I wish I heeded the review warnings before assuming this large company would be on top of things. They just sit and WAIT for everything to happen, ZERO follow up and ZERO sense of urgency. I would still be waiting if I hadn't contacted the bank my self and pushed daily for some sort of communication.
