ShopRite of Whitman Plaza reviews
35Bought the store brand chicken tenders the other day. Terrible they are more like chicken strips. Terrible I'll go back to buying my chicken at Aldi's.
Store is a zoo! People are rude and ignorant. I guess the frustration of store always being overcrowded and slow lines will cause people to be edgy.
Three cases of water for $8.88 no bad for a hot day in South Phily. Twenty four bottles in each.
Employees were very helpful, lines were moving fast on Sunday afternoon when every Mommy and children are out shopping for deals like this one.
I'm very grateful and thankful.
Brenda is the worst shoprite team member employed here that I have seen so far I hate that she lied and tried to through a co worker under the bus because she was overwhelmed and under trained. She needed help got it and lied on the person helping her
The cleanest, most logical layout in the area, with cashiers that are quick! Produce that lasts for days.very fresh
This market is always crowded. One thing i cant be to certain of is the pricing does not seem consistent with the shoprite only 20+ blocks away which is honestly walking distance, if you ask me (veteran).
This store is so clean and has plenty of great priced fresh and premade food products along with extra coupon deals. One of my favorite supermarkets to save money on groceries
Employees are awesome. The last few times at shoprite a man followed me through the store pushing a cart and sniffing an orange, breaking news he didn't put anything in the cart or buy the orange he sniffed.
Sunday night the produce section is empty. However, go on a Tuesday and it's fully stocked. Employees are very nice.
I do like whitman coz all things i want i get it from there, especially something to eat, and the coumpound is really enough for cars.
I like the food thy sell, n prices are good, just dnt go on food stamp day, thy only hve like 2 or 3 registers open.
Very busy but good selection. Could improve the gluten free choices - but the Promise bread is great.
This is the best one yet. Beautiful store, electrical carts always available. Everything so fresh. Store is very well maintained, even ladies restrooms are super clean.
The Best ShopRite I've been to. Fresh Produce! Great Deli! Clean! Friendly and Helpful Workers! Would definitely recommend this ShopRite!
I didn't think the Front and Snyder ShopRite could get worse, then it moved to 3rd and Oregon. It seems as though ZERO planning went into the layout of the store, it makes no sense. It feels congested and cramped in there. Definitely worth paying the little extra at Acme.
With ALDI doubling its location only three blocks away, ShopRite is adding many more amenities, such as Wine & Beer to its current menu of quality and price and service, and will gain many ACME Markets shoppers, when Albertsons jettisons that very underperforming banner very soon.
This is probably my favorite shop rite in the city. I remember when this used to be a Pathmark! But the large size of the space is perfect for the big ol lunch area and makes for a really great selection of regular stuff like cereal and yogurts.
Store usually fully stocked. Sometimes the extreme couponers get a little too greedy and leave a spot barren. Employees restock quickly. Remodeling going on to sell beer and wine soon.
People that prepare or slice meat for sandwiches should wear mask.last week, I was gonna buy roast beef, but a lady just mop the floor put the mop aside and asked me to take my order, with some glove that she handle the mop.i said never mind.i handle foods for 21 years.i know what I'm talking about.
