The store is fine.sometimes you feel the workers can't go further than where they're standing, my questions are clear and concise involving items in store. Customer service was the least helpful I tried.

Absolutely horrible! The customers are rude, and the employees are even more rude and ignorant. If you're that miserable; you shouldn't be working with the public.

Gets no stars for today's visit, but I had to give one star for my comment to post Cashier Marcia yelled at my husband for taking some brown bags from the next cashier station so that he could bag our groceries. She chastised him like he was a child. Also failed to scan one of my coupons.

They are pretty much a typical supermarket with a good selection. I usually get what I need and want there. What I do not like is that there is often outrageous lines at checkout and too much self- bagging. I do appreciate the 5'% discount for military veterans on Tuesdays.

I like the convenience of this markets location and finding things I want and don't want.lol great grocery store with good prices!

This market located at 4th & Oregon is a revelation of what great service, selection and variety, cleanliness and all around customer satisfaction should be.they really are "All about you"! I thoroughly enjoy shopping there.

Since relocating to this location this shoprite is absolutely amazing. Very well organized and modern. Also the best meat department in south philly. Usually busy but the lines are always fast. Has my vote for best area super narket.

I like this location now. The store overall is nice, neat and well stocked. Love the bakery section and many sales in store. Also, you can now load money on to your Septa keycard there which is very convenient.

I would said the place is great, but I can't open the member card because my phone number were used by someone else, and that person didn't even cancel it! What the Hell.

Shop Rite is an amazing store. The manager is always approachable if you neef assistance. All of the employees seem so cheerful. They smile while asking if you need any help. This store is so very organized & super clean. Love it!

There is only one entry and one exit. There's no fire exit or any way of knowing about it when shopping around.

My local super market, but has everything I need. Always clean and the staff are typically friendly.

More interior space and much more parking than the previous location but this new location remains just as crowded. Curiouser and curiouser.

Good price and fresh grocery, but watch the price when check out. Their system turns to not update prices in time.

The front end supervisor, Lester, is rude, arrogant and miserable. He needs to take a few customer service classes. He has issues with couponers! If he is unable to deal with customers and coupons then he should quit.
