The beds were comfy and very friendly front desk employees but we had more problems then good. The shower barly worked, the house keeping woke us up with their yelling and more. Wouldn't want to recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay! Location is great, easy to get in and out of. Front desk staff were super friendly, offering us different directions to
Hersheypark than what our GPS told us that actually made the trip a lot quicker. Staff also gave us directions to area food and shopping! Really the best front desk service I have ever had. Our room was large and very clean. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, bathrooms nice, clean and well stocked. The pool was very nice, but I have to say it was extremely cold in there! My children had a lot of fun in it, but it was just too cold for me after just a few minutes. The exercise room was small but nice, not everything worked properly in there though. Love having guest laundry, easy to access on the second floor of the hotel. Breakfast was good, typical Choice hotels breakfast. Really a great place to stay! If I am ever in the area again this will be my first choice for accommodations!

My experience at Sleep Inn was very good. The location was good. The establishment is cute. It had holiday spirit. My room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for our length of stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied!

Location is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is pleasant. The bathroom shower had mold on the ceiling probably due to lack of ventilation. On the other hand the room was clean so. I did notify them about the mold when I left.

It was suitable for my needs since I was only staying there for one night. The only thing that you might want to be aware of is their absurdly early breakfast time. 6: 30-9: 30. If you're a really heavy sleeper you might not make it. Otherwise it's fine.

We stayed here for two nights to enjoy Hershey. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the rate and proximity to hershey park, you cant beat it. Pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed it. The reason I gave it 4 stars was one of the rooms had an issue with the lock I had to go down multiple times and get new cards. No issue with my other room. Staff was very friendly.

Our room was quite large. It included 2 queen size beds and an upholstered chair and ottoman, a good size desk/ 4 dresser drawers and a long shelf top with a room size refrigerator and microwave beneath it, a Phillips flat screen t.v. Above it.

The elevator floor was gross.dirty carpet with rips and greasy stains. A ceramic or artificial wood floor would be a huge improvement.

Breakfast is included in the morning. It’s only 15 minutes from Hershey Park, an easy drive.

Most of the staff was really nice. The room was clean for the most part. The shower curtain in the bathroom had mold on it and the bath tub drained really slowly. The night time front desk person was not friendly at all. He kicked us out of the dining area saying it was not to be used after hours. This "policy" was not posted anywhere. We were just sitting at one of the tables talking. Over all it is a nice place to stay 15mins from Hershey, PA

Bed was comfortable, shower curtain had mold on it, toilet ran all day. Breakfast was adequate, carpet on the second floor was heavily stained and pool area was in disrepair

The hotel was conveniently located to everything. The rooms were clean and service was decent. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the evening hotel desk clerk put us out the lounge at 2am one night and the pool after 10pm. For the lounge nobody was around so it didn't make sense and the pool stated no life guard swim at your own risk so also didn't make sense. These were individual gripes and didnt directly affect our stay so I still give a decent review.

Comfortable stay, clean lobby area and rooms, and friendly staff. My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. Easy drive to Hershey, and also a simple drive to other places surrounding the area. Got to the pool unfortunately at the same time kids did, did not mind, but the pool area itself was clean. Our friend desk attendant who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Overall my experience there was very good.the staff was friendly making eye contact and greeting whenever you pass by.this is with the exception of one gentleman who was on his phone quite a bit.however when we needed his attention he hung up the phone and attended to us.the room was clean and comfortable there was a microwave and refrigerator without being asked. I did notice that the phone was flashing and I could not find any instructions on how to get that flashing to stop.

Perfect for a night or two to stay to see Hershey Park. No frills, plain Jane hotel. Clean and well maintained. Certainly not on pair with the Hershey Hotel or about other 4 or 5 start resort. But knowing that going in perfectly fine place to sleep you heads at night.

While the walls were a bit thin. This is a very nice place. The woman running the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

This was one of the crappiest hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. When we checked in, we were told the pool was under construction (the only reason we booked here over cheaper hotels in the area, so I wish they would have notes that one their website). It all went downhill from there. I told the guy at the counter I only needed one room key, he gave us two (something small, but still). He then told me he purposely gave us a room with no one under us for “when my little ones run around and make noise. ” The room was as expected, however we did notice mouse droppings near the edge of the bed. When I went to shower, I noticed the conditioner in our room had already been opened and used! The clock did not work. The drawer in the refrigerator was broke and kept flapping around every time you opened the fridge. The mirror was filthy and had markings all over it. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The walls were paper thin! Between people showering and the loud noise coming from the refrigerator it was hard to sleep. The auto setting on the air conditioner kinda sucks. The room gets hot immediately after it shuts off and it takes forever to kick back on. Breakfast was to be expected food wise. The breakfast attendant made us all very uncomfortable. She watched every single thing we put on our plate and then watched us eat. I felt so pressured to not take “too much” food. She then proceeded to watc loud videos on her phone while she was standing near our table. By the way, our room was right above the pool area, and it looked like the roof caved in. Kinda makes me question the integrity of how the whole hotel is built. Honestly, you couldn’t pay me to go back.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very accomodating to special request. Very clean hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Super price friendly. Nice hot breakfast with wide selection. Especially accommodating to business needs I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.

First the good. The lobby staff was helpful and tried to be accomodating. They were courteous and apologized when things went wrong. So for what they did I do thank them.

Now the bad.
When we first checked in we went up to our rooms to put our things in there before going out. As with all hotels/motels I have learned I need to check minimum the bedding. When I did I found that there were stained sheets. I talked to the front lobby and ask for a room change. When he heard the reason he apologized, but it was as if he wasnt surprised to hear it. He put me in a new room and reprogrammed my key cards and we left to go do things for a couple hours.

We got back and return to our rooms. I tried to get into my new room and the reprogrammed keys wouldnt work. So going down to the lobby, there was a different attendant, he apologized and reprogrammed them and walked back up with me with his master key to ensure everything was working correctly. This time the keys go programmed correctly.

Walking into the room, they was a definite musty odor. Kind of like they dont do a deep cleaning at all. They really should be shampooing carpets, bleaching the bathrooms, full turn over, etc.at least every month if not every 2 weeks to keep this issue under control.

Which on the subject of the bathroom, there was mold growing in the seams of the tub where it met the floor and the granite backsplash. The shower head was fully detached from the wall. Nevermind small things like shelving for putting soaps and shampoos, the shower is also terribly unsafe. There is no safety rail or anti-skid floor in the bottom of the tub.

I also felt like the lamps may be a fire hazard. One of the lamps in particular kept flickering and making noises.

When I tried to go to sleep I was met with what sounded like a construction crew talking VERY loudly about things like 'crown molding'. They would talk outside in front and in the corridors. I was almost to the point of getting out bed at this point and really tearing into some people verbally. This was around midnight too! I got maybe 5 hours of really poor quality sleep.

If you value your sleep you will go somewhere else.
