30The service awesome they are very polite breakfast is amazing the only problem is the pool.it has a little bit to much chlorine and maybe the gym is a little bit to small so there is only a treadmill and 2 other things
Wellll I mean the decor is nice BUT my room has a echo, I know to get fresh linen to change my sheets myself as soon as I check in because I don't trust hotels. Sure enough the bed wasn't properly made (sheets weren't tucked in at the bottom) and I noticed some hair. Shower walls have some kinda staining.hoping it's not mold. Hey it's an INN not a lavish hotel. It's still good enough for a 1-2 night stay.
Would have probably gotten a 3-4/5 but upon returning for the night we were greeted by several very friendly cockroaches on the wall above one of the beds whom we promptly squished. Yeeah, not coming back here any time soon.
Accommodations adequate. Not the cleanest (hair in shower, surfaces barely wiped down, water bottle cap under the bed). Management was extremely friendly and courteous when you could get someone to answer the front desk phone. Large variety for breakfast. Easy to get to Hershey Park.
Clean room, really friendly front desk gentleman who checked us in. The breakfast even had some hot items like sausage and eggs.
Hit all the high points: mini fridge, microwave, 2 queen beds, complimentary breakfast, pool and a great location. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast attendent was very, VERY attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was nice. Breakfast was fresh and had optional fresh waffles and pancakes. Quiet all the time. Only complaint would be the carpeting. The carpet in the elevator and throughout the hallways seemed dirty and stained. Carpeting in the room was nice though. Staff was very friendly.
Location is very convenient to Hersheypark and was clean and large in size. Breakfast was great and staff was extra helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
We have been coming to the Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisburg-Hershey for Years and Have never meant the KINDNESS People here. It's CLEAN & NEAR STORES WITH the Hershey Amusement Park few minutes away
