All 3 of my kids and I love it here at smile builders. They are polite respectful and fast. Great group of people.

After arriving to the Spring Valley location in a great deal of pain I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I've had. From the young woman who greeted me at the door to leaving the place virtually pain free it was it was very professional and friendly! Dr. Skiadas and his assistant "Q" were so compassionate and took the time to explain every detail of my tooth extraction. GREAT PEOPLE! At checkout Adam and Emily were VERY professional and nice taking the time to explain all of my options. Thank you so much to the team/family at Smilebuilderz! I would definitely recommend them for your next dental procedure.

Not a good experience. The place is dirty, there were cotton swabs on the floor along with gross gunk that looks like what accumulates under an oven on the floor beside the patient chair. The cords for the dental tools drag on the floor and the hygienist put her hand in my mother's mouth after using them. They only release x-rays on two days a month so if you need them for a different dentist or oral surgeon before those two days you can't get them. The overall feel of this place is that they are just trying to get your money, it was like going to a used car lot.

Jennifer and Dr J are an amazing team. I got a crown, but they are the King and Queen of pain-free dental work! Thank you to the entire team for being so professional and kind.

Smilebuilderz is going above and beyond to protect their patients and their staff during Covid, I was very impressed by the safety measures they are taking. Jess, my hygienist, and the doctor were both very friendly and respectful.

It’s says emergency but had to wait 4 hours just to get x-Rey and had to wait another 2& half hour for doctor to come see me. Recommend not to go here.

Urgent care my butt. Nothing urgent about this place. If you didn’t make an appointment for your severe toothache weeks in advance, don’t expect to get called out of the waiting room any sooner than 3 hours after sitting down. Even without it being busy. Terrible.

Walk in on a Saturday around 130PM for inflamatioin of gums. Was told to wait up to closing for no show or cancelled appointments, or schedule for Monday. Sat for an hour before going next door to a medical urgent care where I was in and out in 30 minutes with an antibiotic prescription.

Smilebuilders is not an "urgent" care facility. They are a regular dentists office that might be able to pencil you in that day if you have 7 hours to wait.

Not going back! They just sent a bill summary saying I owed a lot of money back to 2014. Had a crown replaced that should not have been because the root canal that I had done 30 years earlier had deteriorated and 6 months later was gone and infected! Then I have someone from billing tell me " if you would have taken better care of your teeth you would not have this problem " my response was if I did she would not have a job!

I wish you could give negative stars. I went in for an emergency. I had a very large filling fall out. I called and explained my situation and they made me an appointment to have it FIXED. I had to drive an hour to get there but knowing it was going to be fixed was worth it instead of having to wait all weekend in fear the tooth was going to completely break. It was also very sharp cutting my tongue and of course with it open I could not eat or drink. When I was taken to the back I was asked if anything else was bothering me and if I wanted a full exam. This took me by surprise because I was thinking an emergency facility wouldn't have time for routine exams. I said sure if there is time. So they did a bunch of x-rays, the dentist comes in and tells me I need thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work and we will come up with a treatment and payment plan. What? Ok but I need my broken tooth fixed first. The whole reason I came in. I was told "We will do that first, come back next week. " I couldn't believe it. After going over with them how badly I needed my tooth fixed they jerked me around for another hour of maybe we can do it if. Each "if" had a different excuse as to why it was a no. The place is a complete, uncaring, money make scheme.

Little mishap with the call line. But from the front desk receptionist to the dentist himself. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. After a weekend at Hershey park, I unfortunately chipped my tooth, stressing about it, I found this place. Glad I did, if I were closer by, this place would be my dentist for any needs. Thank you everyone again.

Dental care is okay, though i went yesterday to get my tooth checked.it took an hour and the doctor only saw me for about three minutes, telling me things i already knew, still got charged three hundred for a sentence

I always have the same dental hygienist and she is great. Love that you can watch tv or listen to music while they are cleaning your teeth. Excellent staff

Make sure to confirm your appointment when making it! I had an appointment on the 18th but had to change it. I called up and they changed it to the 29th. The 29th comes and they tell me it is the 29th of the next month. I never would’ve agreed to that since I am busy that day. And when I made the appointment I even told the lady that I was trying to get it in the same month since I was changing dental insurance. They will not get any business from me in the future!

Don’t know why it’s called urgent care. You’re not even guaranteed to get in. It’s ridiculous! You sit around for hours upon hours waiting for a no show. Which doesn’t happen a lot. Awful!

I have good experiences when we go in, but anytime I have to call to schedule or do anything by phone, the customer service is awful and they are often rude.

They are a joke about taking care of emergencies. I broke a tooth and they told me I had to wait a day. I should have come in earlier in the day like I made an appointment to break my tooth.

I highly recommend this place to everyone best staff ever! I felt so comfortable and relaxed here an i am very happy with everything they have done n continue doing for me!:)

My kids love coming here and the staff make them feel comfortable. Great place to take your family for dental care. Not only do they offer urgent care but also regular cleanings.
