Smile Builders falsely advertises that it is an Urgent Care facility and no appointment is necessary which is totally untrue. They sat me in the waiting room until someone cancels their appointment where on their website it states "NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED"

Went in with a partially broken tooth. The "urgent" dental care is simply wait in office until a patient cancels and there is an opening. They will be kind enough to update me ever hour. It is a regular dentist office with appointments. They just want to fill cancellations. Urgent should be removed from the sign.

4.5 stars only because I had an appointment schedule and they changed it said they called but they didn't. Dr. Skiadas is the best dentist there. He's great with kids and even adults with high anxiety. I hate needles and he's the only one that can fill any cavities since he has me close my eyes and says it's "sleepy spray" not a needle (ik it's a needle but since I don't see it and he used extra numbing gel my anxiety isn't as bad.) I'm 19 and he still does it because otherwise I have to be loopy on meds for them to even touch me. My 18 month old son also saw him for the first time when he was a little over a year and will continue to see him. My son hates anyone messing with his mouth but Dr. Skiadas manages to no problem.
