I would give this store negative stars if I could. They will fraudulently put unauthorized items on your contract without your knowledge and say they can’t nothing about it! They are rude and not helpful.

I went to switch to an iphone 11 and the sales guy “claimed” they were out of new iPhones! How tho? He was so rude and unprofessional! I went to another Sprint store and was helped and told the sales guy about the situation. He stated that it was impossible for them to not have any new iPhones! I will never go back to that store again!

Had a problem with my phone I usually go to 17 market but I went to City Ave had them take a look at my phone got phone back same day via phone repair will be going to them for now on

Customer service is lacking
Did get my issue resolved. The log in was a joke. No one was working. They were talking on the phone through an ear piece. They spent more time trying to sell me an I Pad.

We always have a great experience at this store particularly when we are serviced by on e of the managers, Brianna. She is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It is a distinct pleasure dealing with her.

I just went in to this store buy a new phone because I dropped mine. Litterally no one acknowledged me. I waited 20 minutes before I asked someone, who wasnt with a customer, if everyone was too busy to assist me. She asked if I wanted sales or service. I informed her sales. She said she had to find the sign in list. Finally brought me a clipboard with a scratch sheet of paper on it and told me that she didn't know how long it would be because she had to leave soon. I sign in. Shortly after, a gentleman walks in, is acknowledged right away, and someone is practically running over to him to ensure he gets what he came in for. Smh. This was twilight to me. I would Never return to this store!

Went to have my phone screen repaired. I dropped the phone off. Instead of them calling me to say they couldn’t repair the phone I came all the way back down there after my 2-3 hour window to a phone that they said couldn’t be fixed there.

The technicians are on-point, but the sales staff is lacking in charisma. All they want to do is sell you a phone at market rates regardless of your years with SPRINT. I brought in a new phone replacement from the APPLE STORE and before I knew it, the salesman was programming it to my account? I didn't ask him to do that. I wanted to keep it un-used for resale or trade-in, but he did what HE wanted and NOT what I asked.just useless

Don't bring your phone to be repaired here. The technicians are not trained to fix phones but to tell you to buy a new one or delete apps and all your phones issues will be solved. Other sprint stores I've been to have had knowledgeable techs and had no issue seeing the problem and addressing it. I'm up for a new phone soon but it will not be through sprint.

The customer service at Sprint stores is very poor the wait time is horrible and the cost to have service with them is very expensive and the satellite service is very poor my calls drop overall 1 * is too much for Sprint I was happy to leave them even the wait time when you call customer care have you on hold for a good half hour waiting on the phone

I had an unusual system/ plan issue with my device's hotspot configuration, and Terrance and his seasoned tech team were able to resolve it in-store, after great efforts of trial & error.they ensured i left with total operability.it isn't often in these times, with stores being so busy, that you can receive this type of personslized service.this is the sprint store you seek when you want a remedy to your phone needs! Great job, fellas

This store is horrible. Their customer service skills are non existent. Multiple reps in the store were not knowledgeable about what the company offered. Signed me up for a plan that I did not ask for and without me looking put products into my bag that I did not ask for and billed me. Two days later came to return all equipment and didn't allow me to return the phone. Had to call customer support to send a return kit.

OMG! The service was outstanding! Markis was extremely informative and so patient with helping me activate my new account he made sure I received an affordable plan and a great phone. I don’t live in that area but I would definitely be back if I have any phone troubles of any kind. The manager was great and they played great music while you are being serviced.

Reading the reviews, I was worried about what to expect. My experience with Sprint has been up and down. Today I received EXCELLENT service from Markis. He was kind, friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. I was about to call Sprint and ask them to hire a new customer service trainer. Terrence and Markis went above and beyond. They were just awesome. I also had a great experience with someone on the phone at the store. It was such an unusual positive thing. The person who helped me was named Jerry. Thank you thank you thank you.
