33I was greeted right away buy the person who fixes the phone. He heard my concerns and he started checking my phone out. He was being helpful but then he was texting back and fourth on his phone and I literally had to say something to him to get his attention. He would work on my phone but then once again he started texting in his phone. The problem with my phone did get fixed. On the other side I needed to speak with customer service and she was very helpfu and then the manager came over to finish breaking down the questions I had on my bill. They were both very nice. I left the store having a better understanding.
Wish I could give this location negative stars. Location unorganized been here 2 times after waiting 2 hours phone issue still not resolved had to go to another location. Don’t waste your time go else where.
Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Don’t come here unless you have about 2 hours to kill for a task that should take 10 minutes
Fantastic customer experience. Terrance Scott, the store manager, went above and beyond to resolve a very complicated issue, with patience and great initiative. My son and I are very grateful!
The store is clean and neat. Customer service is up to par and the lines were not too long. They also offer kiosks for bill payment and other changesm
Long wait. It took me over two hours to get a new phone. The staff seemed like they didn’t wanna be there and they kept disregarding customers to wait on new ones that walked in. Music too loud.
Every time I get to the sprint store they can never help. Everything they offer cost and my services aren't worth the hassle. Nothing is ever free or included and I've been with them for 16 years. No more I'm leaving
There is usually a ridiculously long wait and repairs that have to be done twice. This is worse than buying a used car
The sales man didn't take any time explaining the phone. He told me to to the internet. Maybe I should have purchased my phone from the internet.
There was lots of selections from tablets to cellular devices; however the staff really made me feel like I was more of a nuisance than an existing customer. I left with nothing but a bitter taste of service, better than having lost.
It's ok they never work anymore they just try to make all the SALES they can. NO more repairs done there!
Holy! @#$ been sitting here for an hour to dicuss my payment options because i cant do it on their online service.
Very Poor Service. They will put you on hold for more than 15 minutes without coming back to talk to you. YES 15 MINUTES!
