Starbucks, Chambersburg PA

Quality and service is as good as in any Starbucks. However location of the drive through could not be worst. On a daily basis during peak hours the line wraps around the store, goes into a 4 way intersection, and into the exit lane of a main road. The line forms the shape of number 9, so after receiving your order you are back in the line trying to get out.

What I love most about Starbucks, especially now during COVID, is the person at the drive up window is always a pleasure. Today, it was Ash. Very friendly, very personable, yet very professional. Service is what separates the businesses that will make it. I can always count on Starbucks! Oh yeah. And I got the guava passion fruit drink. Wow!

Had a refresher. Water with fruit and fruit flavoring. Tastes good and rehydrates you! What more can you ask for in 90+ weather!

Difficult to work with outside seating, but that is to be expected right now. Great service for sure

Busy, hard to get to this one.almost hidden in the back of the strip mall. But the food and coffee is consistent as expected.

Good service, pleasant staff, good coffee, very long lines and a very congested parking lot d/t drive through. Resulting in very difficult parking.

Great customer service. Had a screaming infant in the car and was given a free blueberry muffin, because she wanted to brighten my day and maybe felt a little bit bad for me haha

I usually go through the drive through and they are always so positive and upbeat! Love getting my coffee there. Great atmosphere!

Continuous rude service. Most if the time the coffee is good and as expected. However either they are out of product, hours are not correct as posted and a lot of the time this staff is rude. The ONLY reason to continue to go to this location is the drive thru otherwise just go inside of target!

Fast drive thru, friendly service, and Avent gotten my order right every time. I lov to gift the people behind me with a coffee when I go thru the drive thru!

I go to the Chambersburg one for the sandwiches. One time, they were out of the sandwich I ordered. Alright. I could see how that happens. About 1 month later, I went back and ordered the same sandwich. They stated they were out of that sandwich. I looked at the menu and ordered a different sandwich. Guess what? They were out of that one too! If you going to have something on your menu, then have it on stock. 2 times there, and both times, you said you ran out of the item.

I'm not picky about my coffee but I would like to get what I pay for this was the fourth time Starbucks got my order wrong. I ordered a venti Carmel frapp no whip and got a grande with whip? I was in a rush and couldn't return it I just find it ridiculous since this is the fourth time.

I’d give this a negative 5 stars if I could. I’ve gone to this Starbucks a total of 3 times and every time, they mess up my order. I specifically asked and emphasized that I wanted decaf coffee and then I ordered another caramel coffee for a friend. When I got home, my coffee wasn’t marked so I couldn’t tell if it was decaf or not. I quickly found out that it wasn’t because regular coffee gives me horrible migraines. Also, the second coffee I ordered had no caramel syrup in it. So now I have a migraine and no coffee. I will never go to this Starbucks again.

One word: awesome! I love Starbucks, and always happy that no matter where I go, there's one nearby. So many choices to try something new, or stick with your classic favorite, you'll never be disappointed with Starbucks.

Efficient mobile orders. Clean restrooms (2, both unisex). Love d of outdoor tables. Good lighting (many tall windows). Entrance is behind - next door to Five Guys.

Starbucks on Norland is amazing! The staff is so wonderful! Bridget is the young lady the was very kind and so sweet to me when I was in recently! I love Starbucks, but my favorite is definitely the Norland Ave store!

We stopped at this Starbucks to get some coffee and use the restroom on a long drive. Pleasantly surprised to find out it is a very large store with lots of outdoor seating. Restroom was wonderful and clean.

This is my 3rd time ever getting Starbucks. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Tasted like warm milk. No pumpkin flavor whatsoever. Couldn't even drink it. Went straight to dunkin doughnuts and ordered a pumpkin spice coffee for literally a third of the price. I will never buy Starbucks again. Complete waste of money.

Good drinks. Messed up my rewards. They didn"t use it even though I told them I had one. Manager did credit me the $amount. Makes my account look like I didn't use my reward.

I usually love Starbucks Chai latte. The one that I ordered this afternoon, however, was truly terrible! It was so weak that it tasted like water. Totally undrinkable! I didn't taste it until I had driven away, or I definitely would've returned it. So disappointed!
