26The parking lot area is pretty tight. There isn't much indoor seating, especially during peak times. Can't complain about speed of service though!
They ran out of Pikes Place medium roast and the current dark roast ran out after filling my cup only 3/4 of the way full. I was charged full price for that cup even though I said no room for creamer. Coffee was good though.

The design of the building and the parking lot is weird and not the best Starbucks I've been in, but does that really matter? It's all about the coffee and good times with friends and family!
I love my starbucks; however I have had three drinks in the last week made incorrectly here. Although the barristas remake it, it would be nice to order something and get it made right the first time so I do not have to wait to have it remade.
Best Starbucks and Best staff.even recognize my voice and greet me by name. They remember how I like my drink and always go that extra step!
A bit hard to find amongst all the other stores in the Chambersburg Mall and surrounding stores. More signs with its logo would be helpful for tourists looking for a cup of covfefe.
