I am waiting to purchase a car at the end of the lease. I had a 2 pm appointment and I have been waiting over an hour and they tell me it will be a while longer and the process may take an hour.

Had a great experience at Sussman Kia with Mike! He was extremely attentive and answered any and all of our questions! He even got back to us on his days off! Couldn’t ask for a better experience leasing a new car!

I had an awesome time from the dealership it was a very well paced and fast environment. Excellent customer service I hope to do more business with Kia in the near future.

My customer service with Ivan deserves 5 stars because he was phenomenal with the handling of the inspection on my car.
The rating is based upon the handling of the cleaning of my car. For the amount of money that I paid, I believe that the technician should have done a better job. I noticed this when I got home and called today to discuss my displeasure. I was told the service manager was with a customer and would call me back. He never did.
I have purchased 3 cars from Sussman. I have always been treated well by the sales staff and that’s why I continue to patronize them. I will continue to take my car in for service, however I can get it cleaned better and cheaper at a car wash.

Service department went over and beyond to complete repairs on my Sorrento. The process took longer than anticipated but they were extremely accommodating

Excellent service! Wait time under an hour. They performed the 7.5K work, recall notice and oil change.

Maybe a nice place to buy a new or used car. Do not use the attached used car mechanic. Terrible service and condition. The returns smell like cigarette smoke. The work is tedious and unreliable. Horrible experience. Rude mechanic.

Very helpful good worker's. Clean a lil slow at times. And how does the tires have to keep getting changed multiple times in one year?

The Salesman talked about himself 90%of the time. He totally worked my nerves. Him being a retired caseworker and putting $10,000 down on his car did not interest me. He was over the top with it! To top it off, we weren't approved!

Reaching out to dealership to service car bought out of state. Both calls, Service Dept couldn't answer. Call went to Sales, who offered to transfer my call to Service - knowing Service calls bounced to them and my call wasn't likely to get picked up. Twice, my call landed in a nameless voicemail box going to who-knows-where.

Nobody was rude but everyone was a friendly waste of time. Courteous but not available, or of no use to me. Not taking my car there.

In for scheduled maintenance i.e. Oil change. In and out less than one hour including checking brakes tires etc.

Rude, condescending service manager (Terry), extremely poor customer service. Always an excuse for why they didn't do what you asked. High prices. Would not recommend. Literally take your car anywhere else.

Great bunch of workers that work together to make it happen, miracle workers go pick up your car today they will figure it out!

I went this past Saturday because I needed a car to get to work ASAP. I went and was able to come out with a car within 4 hours! My sales person, Steve Barton, was very friendly and efficient. I also liked him because there was no shady schemes or BS. Highly recommend.

I know several people that work here, all true professionals who take their relationships and clients very seriously.

The service people are fantastic! They were friendly, welcoming and incredibly efficient. I am very impressed with the quality of service and will continue to use them for all my service needs.
