Just leased a 2018 Sorento. Besides being a great car the staff was extremely professional and courteous. Over all is was a great experience. I would highly recommend Sussman Kia to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a car.

What great experience. Needed a car for my daughter a friend recommended we try Sussman kia. They here right, with in 5 minutes of being in their building they had the options available to us for us to look at. Both Lorenzo and Mitch were fantastic. They even stayed late to complete our transaction and get her a Great car at a Great price. The finance guy kept digging till he found a bank willing to give her a great interest rate. I recommend anyone use Sussman for their next car purchase.

My husband and I had the best car buying experience ever from Sussman Kia. There was no pressure and everyone was extremely helpful! Our situation was a little difficult but they worked with us and were amazing!

This is one of my favorite shops that I've ever dealt with. They are fast, courteous, and professional in every instance. One of the best things about working with them is you have the sense that they are completely trustworthy, which means a lot when it has to do with one's car.

I worked with Brian and Trish (finance manager). It was no fuss, no muss, no games. I needed a car, I found one online, made an appt.with Brian came in I drove it I bought. It was the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was polite, professional and explained everything clearly. I just wish that I had gotten the same car in red (I found it on their website later) but a great experience nonetheless.

The two employees sitting in the office of the service department were unprofessional and rude. I then escalated an issue to the manager and he was also rude, replying to every question I had saying "I don't know. "
I've been to many Kia dealerships in Atlanta ga, pa, jersey and a few in Florida, this is by far the worst experience I've had in a Kia dealership.
