Had a great experiencing getting a car that was practically brand new. Matt Yildiran, the certified product specialist at the Willow Grove area who worked with me, was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend going to him if you're looking to get a new vehicle through Sussman Mazda.

I left my sunglasses at the compartment while leaving the vehicle for the service. I knew I forgot them in a car but didn’t want to come back thinking it shouldn’t be an issue. As it turned out it was. They are missing. I told at the front desk that they were expensive and I wanted them back. No return so far. Please be careful leaving stuff in the car at this place. To compare I had never things missing at Lexus dealership. Leaving this for your judgment.

I leased my last car from the Sussman Mazda and I returned to them when it was time to get a new car. John Dimon and Eric (I can't remember his last name) were extremely helpful. Although I walked without an appointment on a busy day, John made sure that he spends adequate time with me explaining the details of the lease and features of the car. He answered all my questions with patience and in detail. John is an expert in his field and knows how to make people comfortable.

I am sure all the staff in sales is great, but I personally recommend John Dimon if you're looking to make an appointment at Sussman Mazda.

Excellent service from Gary the service manager at Sussman Mazda. He's honest, helpful, and friendly. All the team members are courteous and pleasant. We will gladly continue to do business with the Sussman dealerships although we no longer live in the Greater Philadelphia area - absolutely worth the drive.

I've been getting my Mazda CX-3 serviced at Sussman Mazda for almost 4 years due to the terrific service. I love the car they sold to me and how they maintain it.

Despite what I've been reading on YELP, I must say the customer service (in the Service/Maintenance dept) has gotten waaaaaay better since I've purchased my CX5
from Sussman Mazda.
The 2 gentlemen that assisted me today should have some type of COMMENDATION (monetary/advancement) for their willingness TO DO A GOOD JOB.
Too bad they weren't hired when I 1st came 2 Sussman, I think I would've sang better praises for Suss. Mazda.

Was able to easily schedule an appointment and had no problem to wait about an hour for my car's oil change.

Wonderful experience purchasing a car here! I met Anthony when I got there—he was friendly and professional. Other dealerships had undervalued my trade-in vehicle, but Sussman Mazda gave me a fair price for my trade-in. While I waited for the paperwork to be finalized, I was offered beverages, pretzels, and even a slice of pizza. The whole team, from Anthony to the finance and general manager, was courteous and efficient. I left happy with my new vehicle!

Nice and easy purchase through Sussman. There was no game playing like I was experiencing with other dealers. I told them I did my own research and I knew exactly what I wanted for a particular price and they gave me just that. This was all worked out over email and then I came in to purchase the car. They were even willing to be flexible and work around my own needs and then delivered the car to my driveway when I was ready to make the trade. Great experience with the Sussman team.

Service was awful when returning to purchase a vehicle after a pleasant first visit. Ended up having a much better experience and got a better deal at Peruzzi Mazda.

Be advised that your contact information is given to a third party for the purpose of sending junk mail and calls. There is no telling who else gets that information once Sussman transfers it. For that reason alone, I will not do any more business with Sussman until this situation is corrected and I stop receiving unwanted emails and calls.
