It was the worst experience I had with these guys. Just minutes before I went to them to enquire on cx5 and The sales guy was too rude. I had deal with Faulkner and peruzi where I had a nice experience and they were ready to give me rough quote, those guys are more technically sound.

Leased a Mazda3. Was shown great service by Ron and the rest of the staff. (that was in 2015).

Updated in 4/18. The lease is finishing and I went to enquire about purchasing the car. They'll try to charge a couple grand over the agreed amount on the lease contract, including a made up $600 inspection fee. Do the smart thing and purchase through the bank.

Terrible customer service. We were ready to make our lease/purchase but waited 2.5 hours for assistance. Meanwhile, as we waited, the last car available in our color choice was sold to customers that arrived an hour after us. They did offer to get us a replacement car for Monday- the one in the auto body shop with no incentive to compensate for the delay, auto body repair, or horrendous customer service.

Shame on us for waiting as long as we did. Shame on them for the wait. On principle we have decided to take our business and desire for the CX5 else where.

Nice dealership. I got in contact with them through TrueCar and I’m glad it worked out they way. They were very helpful and responsive. I was very happy to set everything up through e-mail and they had everything ready for me when I came in. Eric was great and very nice to work with troughout the process. The car was ready, paperwork was prepared, and the staff were all very helpful. I was given a nice overview of all of the cars features and was out the door in about thirty minutes. Very easy experience. I would definetly return!

Matt and Eric were very helpful in helping me purchase my new CX-5. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient and only took an hour and half of my time. I am very pleased with the vehicle as well. I highly recommend Sussman Mazda.

Everyone was so helpful in making sure I purchased the right car for me! We even stayed late one night deciding leather color and everyone was enthusiastic and excited to help me in this purchase.
