I waited over 10 MINUTES and only 2 car moved through the drive thru. Can't take 5 minutes per order! Shame on you TACO BELL!

Love taco bell period, but this one in Greensburg always messes up our order everytime.learned after the 3rd, 4th time to always pull off and check our bags!

Nicest employees out of any Taco Bell. They do a great job, always get the order right in a decent time. 6-22 at 10: 10pm cashier was awesome

Ordered two chicken quesadillas and two naked chicked chalipas, received 1 chicken quesadillas and two regular tacos, went back up to the counter got a the two naked chicken chalipas and a half cooked quesadilla that was cold. Would not recommend this tacobell.

My experience was horrible unfriendly employees, was rudely interrupted at the drive thru trying to order my meal wasn't finished yet the order was stopped. Also I'd then tried finishing my order at window and was told I couldn't do so. Dear taco bell employees I get it's not always easy working fast food but still be courteous to others whom give you buisness.

Sumtimes the orders are perfect sumtimes it's like I should have just made food at home. 50-50 for me honstly.customer service is decent

I'm a big fan of the taco bell.they have more delicious vegetarian options than any other fast food place, decent prices, and I've never had any issues with orders.service varies in speed, but I don't waiting a few extra minutes since I enjoy the food a lot.

I am a delivery driver and this taco bell decided to close at 7 pm today and cost me around 50 dollars in orders I could not receive or deliver. Thanks for changing your hours with no warning to people that rely on your service, And wasting my time disappointing the customers that order food.

I was so disappointed. I literally asked for a bunch of hot sauce. Bag was sealed, when I got home realized they gave me 3 packets for 20$ worth of food

I love toco bell sometimes they get the order wrong but if you tell them what they did wrong the will get u your write item!

They have great breakfast here. The am crunchwrap is very is good. The service was fast.

This Taco Bell is in a great location the menu is laid out easily to understand and the food came out hot and fast. Plus it's price can't be beat for me and my son breakfast was just $5. I was also surprised by their coffee it was very delicious.

I went in to taco bell.at Greensburg Pennsylvania to order cinnamon balls and while I was waiting on the girl that took me up there was doing an interview and had her interview and was set in the car as I was waiting on my boss I ordered just go could take home with me. The one lady there asked me what I just ordered a taco bowl, and I told her I didn't like what was put in it. And she said, well, you can have a made any way you like them. And I told her, I just don't like everything at taco bell, except the talk of bowls, without their cocky stuff in their cinnamon balls, rose vows, whatever they are. After I said that the manager went outside, asked my son to come in and take me out of taco bell. There were no people in their eating only people in their was employees so wasn't like I was speaking badly while people were there about their food. It's called freedom of speech, and she had no reason to go out and get my son to have me, escorted out of taco bell. So from now on, I won't eat anything there. They need to close down that taco bell and not reopening, because almost everybody who works up there, do not treat their employees or the people ordering food with respect. Your name was Courtney.

Very nice and great Tacos. But when we got there tables were very dirty, but after we complained they gladly did what we had asked.

Wow, the food here is amazing my nachos were so tastey and don't even get me started on the nacho fries, the lady how makes the food on Fridays around 4 or 5 is the best

It's Taco Bell. The food is medeocre at best, and this particular visit, the filling in my burrito was extremely soupy. The staff is friendly though

Went to this location today. We left after 5 minutes of no acknowledgment. One woman was at the drive-thru and 2 men were handling the food. Nick advised us no one could help until the manager came out of the bathroom. This was told after we asked them if there was anyone working. They stared at us but couldn't assist. The manager Mary came out and told us she apologized. We would of stayed and understood, but to not even acknowledge us and look at us instead of advising they are low staffed is HORRIBLE customer service!
