Taco Bell, Greensburg PA

Me and my fiancee went to taco bell today for lunch, the lady that took our order barely knew how to use the computer to get the order how we wanted it. Then the older gentleman behind me orders two soft tacos and a bean burrito. She tried telling him that it came to 7 dollars. The tacos are 1.29 and the bean burrito is a dollar, he didn't order a drink or anything. When he asked the lady why it was 7 dollars she kept rolling her yes at him and throwing her hands around like she was right and the guy was just being difficult. Then the next lady orders her food, and in the 20 minutes it took us to get our food we were all talking about the poor service the how dirty it was there. The lady tried talking to the manager about brittany, the cashier who was being rude to the customers. The lady demanded a refund, Brittany came storming over yelling at the lady saying she wasn't being rude. The manager threatened to call the police because the customer took her refund receipt. It's her receipt she can keep it! The customer left after she had her money back. The gentleman whom she was rude to also left. Then comes the next customer, the manager was working the cash register this time, things should be better right? No! She was talking on her cell phone while taking his order. Most places won't even help you if your on your phone, here the manager was talking on it while assisting customers. I work in sales at a car dealership and know that none of what took place there today would fly in our workplace. I understand that it's a fast food joint but customer service is why people go to places. Someone needs to have am intervention with all of the employees there. We could here them complaining about the situation the entire time we were there eating. I will not be coming back to this taco bell.

Waited 30 minutes for our order. Got it, some things were cold, others were wrong all together. Asked at time of order if one item was a flour tortilla or tosdada. Was told tostada. Wrong. Went in the trash. Can't eat flour tortillas. Never going back

The place gives me the creeps. I had bad vibes the whole time I was there. Employees were rude and the female bathroom doors were broken and I heard noises almost like screams in the bathroom and it creeped me out. This place is a disgrace to the Taco Bell name. I would never come to this location again. In all I dislike this Taco Bell very much.

The Counter work was coughing everywhere and was illiterate. The Soda was absolutely terrible it was watered down and disgusting. They had no napkins out and when you asked we received 4 and same with the Mild Sauce. Plus, the Cinnamon Twists had a stale taste to them.

Went for a late Sunday lunch. Got the 12 pack taco box, was well satisfied and everything was delicious. Always finish with the cinnabons for my dessert. Visit was well experienced.

Got to the drive thru at 12: 20. It's 12: 51 and I'm writing this review. Still sitting in drive thru. This is insane. Never coming back

The service is terrible, expect to wait at least 30+ mins for your food. If you get the right thing you ordered

When you sit in the Drive-Thru line for a total of 40 minutes in order to get your food that's a problem. I would happily have left the line except there is no way out of the drive-in once you're in it. Perhaps a redesign of your building would be a great idea.

Waited 25 minutes to get food in a Sunday night at 6 pm with no one inside but me. The food wasn't even hot when I got it.

This place is terrible. Drive to irwins taco Bell if you want a better experience.

I can't even go here on my lunch break anymore because it takes to long to receive food

Awful. I had to wait thirty minutes to get my food and when I got it my burrito didn't have any meat on it at all. I would go back but I can't waste a whole hour of my life at that dump.
