I called to see if they had a product in stock but they didn’t answer so i took a drive 30 minutes out just for nobody to be at the electronics a manager walked by i asked her for assistance so she radioed someone to go to electronics i waited another 10 minutes and nobody came so i ended up leaving without being to ask my simple question

I would like to take a moment to individually thank Sana who works in Guest services at this Target for helping me track down a lost item that I had ordered to the store some weeks before. She went above and beyond to get to the bottom of a surprisingly complicated technical situation all while handling other guests returns and pickups as well. Thank you Sana!

My Target store is great, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I also love the convenience of picking up my orders in my car. My overall experience and satisfaction with the store is great.

I always love to go here! Pleasant employees, quick checkouts, my go-to for beauty products especially. Shout out to the man on shift in the tech section Wednesday 4/07 at ~6pm, with your help I was able to find the earbuds I needed in like 5 seconds (Couldn't find them at Walmart!).

I had a terrible experience one day with this woman who is an employee.i never knew that target has certain hours that i could and couldn’t shop to get my fathers medicine.she was extremely rude to me and told me I couldn’t come on but i am a caregiver and she went about it on such a rude manner.then i saw her today and she gave me a dirty look.i felt so uncomfortable

After asking a floor associate to scan an item to see if there were more of the item in inventory, I felt she was annoyed with me asking. She scanned the item and said no there were no more. When I went to the check-out, I asked the cashier, Mjaftesa, if she could check inventory. With a smile she said yes there were three more. She asked a very nice young man, Anthony, if he could retrieve them for me. After a few minutes, he produced the items I wanted. These two wonderful people took a zero rating right to a five star rating. Their excellent customer service made me very happy. But most important, they made my grandchildren very happy!

Target associates all have masks. Social distancing is encouraged with organized, spaces out check out.

Typical Target. Clothing sections tend to be disorganized, and lines are usually long, even in the self-checkout.

Ready when I arrived and there were no missing products. Even during this difficult time and an increase in online orders, my order was ready within hours!

I was in East Stroudsburg store today. I have to say that the employees working today went above and beyond the call of duty. They were so kind and helpful. They kept lines moving and carts cleaned. What a wonderful staff. It’s so heartwarming to see such great people come together to help people who feel like they’re in the apocalypse right now.

They cut the plus sized section in half but doubled the rest of the clothes. Not to mention it's shoved in a little dark corner. Never buying clothes here again.

Target is our favorite discount retail store. You have all the special items I use for my eyes. My husband gets his favorite cereals and we love the king size organic sheets as well as the softest cotton towels. And we love how this tore has been completely done over. I found the lipstick I was looking for about 3 years. We plan on purchasing several larger items in the future at Target.

Danyella, Maria and Jean are the best! They go above and beyond and they maddie you feel like you are party of the Target family. I enjoy shopping at a place where people know who you are. The target pharmacy crew (now CVS) is so nice (minus Lauren who has no customer service skills at all). They too speak with customers like family, know who you are when you go to pick up prescriptions. Keep up the great work Target family!

Nice clean store does not seem to be as crowded as Walmart's nearby. Competitive prices. We like shopping here because we're in and out very quick without the crazy lines of other stores.

I had absolutely no issues until I went into the ice cream section. I was going to buy my grandson some ice cream cups that looked like it was paw patrol. It's a good thing I read it because it was for dogs. I don't understand why anyone would mix pet food with human food.

The Eye Doctor is arrogant and has no idea what customer service means. He needs to take a class and learn that to treat each client with respect. Target should be ashamed that they allow this treatment of their customers. The girls who fit you are nice though, but it's not enough for this Target fan to go back there?

This place is the complete opposite of Wal-Mart of Stroudsburg. Caring people, organized and clean. Absolutely wonderful.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding, the staff is so helpful and patient it's old fashioned real dedication to the customer thank you target employees

I saw the story in the news of what the staff did to help a long time employee who loves the Philadelphia Eagles achieve his dream of going to a game. Not just a game but a playoff game. What a wonderful group of people. Great job!

One of the better targets I've been to. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is Clean and organized.
